At first, we had no refrigerator, someone had unplugged it. It was difficult to plug it back in. One of the robes for our use was stained. Every time we flushed the toilet, there was a loud knocking sound. The pipes for the shower made a horrible noise. Finally, our oversized suite was devoid of any artwork, making the room feel sterile and impersonal.

The hotel was great. Walking distance from places we needed to go. Clean with comfortable bed and nice view. The service was not so great though. We waited for something we asked for and called twice for about an hour and it was delivered when we did not need it anymore. The parking is too expensive. $47/night and no self parking.

There was one incident where I took my kids outside at the park across the street to light sparklers for the 4th of July. When we came back in we sat at the chairs of the lobby (as shown in the picture as I write this review). My kids were excited that they were doing cartwheels and running to one chair to the next chair to sit. Well a worker told us that we couldn't be there because they were jumping off the chairs so we needed to leave. I let him know that they were not jumping and why do we have to leave? He told my boyfriend that he will let us stay but next time we have to leave. I was very upset with this and took my kids to the room.

Very disappointing.
Great location, large rooms, good lobby bar with excellent service and decent breakfast, albeit expensive. But this hotel is not even up to the standard of a regular suburban Hilton, and is certainly not worth the higher price they charge. I won't come back here. Room wasnt fully furnished. No desk or work chair, so don't plan to work in your room. Our room also didnt have an easy chair until we demanded one. The shower gave us hot water only once. Attempting to shower in the late evening or daytime was with lukewarm water. Housekeeping removed towels every day, even when hung up, and one day left us with none. In the bathroom, shelves in the shower were falling off. They did act quickly to repair those. On-site parking is $47 a day. The building next door is $36 and the lot on the corner is $25.
