Dispute over my pre-paid reservation. Upon arrival they said they would not charge my card for the room but for deposit. Was charges $700...I disputed with the front desk, multiple staff and they all said it was I had to resolve with Expedia, they made their problem my problem. WORST STAFF, THEY ALL SHOULD NOT BE IN THE HOSPITALITY BUSINESS! DO NOT STAY HERE.

When I booked my reservation, it said complimentary parking but I didn’t have the option for breakfast. When I arrived at location, front desk said I had to scan QR code to pay for parking to which I stated it was included in my reservation. He corrected himself. And it was. I then booked the rest of my family, same thing but their reservation SOMEHOW DID NOT COME WITH COMPLIMENTARY PARKING. That was disappointing. There’s available self parking, and it’s not free, you scan a QR code. I booked both reservations and theirs didn’t include it and I didn’t do anything different. The rooms were extremely clean, very serene and safe. The blankets and towels clean and laundered but they did smell like human sebum, kinda like when you thrift shop and launder the item and it still smells. The showers do leak next to the toilet through the slide crack, there’s no anti slip mat or anything like that. That’s my only complaint.
The QR CODE THEY TELL YOU TO SCAN WITHOUT VERIFYING IF PARKING IS COVERED. Make sure to verify through Expedia if parking was included.
Every time you leave for food like inn n out, target or quick commodities you drive all the way around

Normally would rate higher, but I was disappointed that I didn't get the type of rooms I had reserved and paid for. I had booked 2 high floor rooms with 2 queen beds each, but instead got 2 high floor rooms with 1 king bed each instead. When I went to the front desk to complain, they said that they don't have high floor rooms with 2 queen beds, and that Hyatt must have automatically converted the booking to 1 king bed instead. Since the hotel was full they couldn't move us, and was only able to comp us free breakfasts. My complaint is that if rooms with 2 queen beds weren't available, why was I able to book it? And if there was a mistake, why couldn't I get a refund on the price difference? The cost of the breakfast would not have made up the price difference. I was very disappointed that I didn't get the type of room I booked.

We got a room through Expedia and I think they save the rooms that have issues for Expedia travelers. The shower was missing one of the two sliding doors on it so water went everywhere. The in house phone did not work so I had to call the front desk from my cell phone. The deadbolt on our door did not work.

Very beautiful, clean and safe. Staff was amazing. They had breakfast but we didn't try it out. Looked and smelled great though. Parking was safe and cheap. Definitely recommend and will be booking again in the future.

Property clean and quiet. Staff is great. Unfortunatley, small things are absent that make a difference for travelers. Options for convince snacks, drinks or essentials if you forget something is limited or not available. Breakfast is not good. You'd think Hyatt would have this up tp par. Don't waste your money. Going down the street to a cafe or Starbucks is better. Give information to guests for wifi, facility features, surrounding food/drink areas or activities is helpful.
