The bad: Bed was hard and uncomfortable I felt the springs. The pillows were too soft no support at all. No makeup wipes or anything in the bathroom. The sheets and towels were super itchy they have been bleached too many times. The bartender was rude, when my fiance asked for a suggestion on a mule he replied with a beer - implying he couldn’t make a good drink? Parking is $$$$ The good - the area but you know this bc it’s downtown and that’s where you wanna be so you’ll book this place for the convenience of the location. The room is spacious. The plugs work and they’re on BOTH sides of the bed (I swear non one has this anymore) My fiance is there for work a lot and I will not be booking this hotel again.
