This place is awesome. We spent all our time in the pool. The lazy river and slides are awesome for kiddos. Restaurant is great. Staff is super nice and accommodating. Great food places a short drive away. It’s a great stay for families.

Family getaway

Great family trip with plenty of slides, pools, and a lazy river to escape the heat. We did go in July and it was about 105 each day. Food was good and service at all venues was great. Room was recently remodeled and worked perfectly for us and our two younger daughters.

I had a sleep deprivation incident on my wing. Apparently there were guest from a different party smoking weed in hotel to make alarm go off at 3:30 am. I was forced out of my room at that time with my kids. I had no sleep after and was to check out at 11 that day. I had a horrible headache from being abruptly woken rest of day and driving to my next destination was a nightmare and dangerous. All the hotel offered was a meal comp. That I had to decline cause I had to check out no be on road at 11. So all they offered was to wave a $48 resort fee. I thought I was there to rest and relax. I should have been offered a better comp for my inconvenience.

The resort was definitely beautiful inside and out. I loved the different pool and food options. My only callout is the bar by the adult pool area closing so early on the weekends. It should at least be opened till 8 or 9. Being in the pool and having to walk inside for a drink that was outrageously priced was totally upsetting for me. The AC in our room wasn’t properly working so needed to call for assistance. Besides the two call outs, everything else was perfect, and I would definitely recommend this establishment to a friend.

It was great,meals and food a little pricey and not much choice for good old American food,but nonetheless a beautiful facility.PS,if you can’t walk far this is NOT the place to be as there are literally miles of hallways

Age 53 and my first time at a hotel. Front desk was so patient with me and was excited to explain everything thoroughly. Everyone you see or walk by staff, the greet you and are all so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. My room was not ready so I upgraded for only $45. This will be my spot every summer but for longer than a day next time. Outside restaurants very close and convenient. The water slides are faster and better than I thought. My daughter and I spent the day in the lazy river. The lighting at night was amazingly beautiful. The scenery of the mountains were gorgeous. I can’t wait until next summer. My daughter and I did not want to leave. We were sad to leave such a beautiful place.

Our last minute upgraded room had an absolutely beautiful view
