We had a lovely stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. While the property itself feels a bit outdated and doesn’t offer many on-site amenities, it was still a pleasant and relaxing place to stay. A few updates and additional amenities would really enhance the experience, but overall we enjoyed our time here.

Booked two rooms for two nights. Jan 1-3. Have stayed here at least twice before. Used to get complimentary breakfast. Now they charge you $25/day for parking lot parking, and a “resort fee” of $20 per room per night, for the crappiest “gym” in the Coachella Valley and no free breakfast. But what really soured the stay was the noisy plastic put on the spongy beds, and the fact that no one ever came out to the pool area with a squeegee and cleared the huge puddles in the pool area after a storm. No one could really enjoy two partly sunny days after because no one bothered to remove the standing water. And the bacon and potafoes I paid $25 for tasted like they’d been left over from 2025 and reheated. The hotel used to be a good value property. Not anymore. You’ve lost a good customer. There are so much better options.

A great value. Overall, the rooms were clean, and the dinner lounge had a really good evening live show. I was told they were going through an ownership change and asked if I could not charge my dinner to my room and pay by credit card... no big deal. Lastly, one elevator was out near my room.
