I was disappointed in the room. It was old. The view was the parking lock. Room 139 is next to ice machine (you hear every ice cube drop all night) The walls were really thin. I wouldn't stay again.

Absolutely terrible! The elevator is out of order, the TV has no sound, an Absolutely terrible! The elevator is out of order, the TV has no sound, and the bathroom floor tiles are covered in mold in the grout lines… I complained to the front desk, but they completely ignored me!

The rooms are in need of a serious upgrade, as everything feels very outdated. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The phones didn’t work, and we couldn’t figure out how to connect them to the landline. The bathroom sink and toilet were extremely low to the ground (around three feet tall), so using them was uncomfortable — I’m 5’7” and my husband is 6’3”, and we both had to bend down. The AC was an older unit and very loud throughout the night, which made it hard to sleep. The location was nice and easy to find. The best part of our stay was honestly the heated pool.

First I want to share my experience with the staff during the check in process. It turns out guests have to pay $25 parking fee per night and sign the disclosure which states the resort is not responsible for the damages caused to the car during the stay. When I asked for the copy hotel staff refused to provide at the beginning stating that this is an internal document and they cannot provide it. About 30 minutes back and forth they finally gave it me. The hotel rooms were outdated and the there were security concerns. The door to the hotel from the parking area was broken and would not shut all the way. My overall experience staying there was horrible and I would never book a room there again.

The room was just OK. The refrigerator didn’t work. In fact the door was open when we arrived. We closed it and it still never got cold. The room was just OK. The walls of the hallway were bare. The help was taking down relic pictures of Desi Arnez, Lucille Ball Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin. It just seemed very vanilla. Very sad. I’ve stayed here numerous times. There was just no pizzazz to this stay! Pool was nice. The food at the pool bar was good but again this hotel was just very vanilla very plain no pizzazz actually was kind of depressing!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. Unsanitary old. There was holes in all of the walls very disappointing when I spoke to the front desk attendant, I asked speak to Manager. There was no manager on property. when I asked you about all the holes in the walls and the uneven floors she said that they recently took steps to hopefully renovate as they were just acquired by new owners. This guy lace was gross and I want my money back.
