Clean room, easy parking, though the $25 per night is excessive. The pool has a great view of the mountain, perfect temperature, and a hot tub. It’s close to Palm Desert, safe, and near Indian Well Country Club. The pool also has a view of a golf course and mountain. For the price, I’d definitely stay again.

We love staying at this property, but the room next to us stayed up with the tv very loud and constant talking the whole nite. Told front desk at two thirty, the second nite but it didn’t seem to help. Then awoke to a letter say they were going to add 40.00 a nite to our stay for resort fees, because the hotel just sold 🤔🤔. I told them I wasn’t sure that was legal but because I had booked prior to November I didn’t have to pay. Not sure we will be back. Good luck to the new owners.

When I made the reservation, I requested an accessible room. The desk attendant told me that there were only two accessible rooms in the hotel, and both were occupied. I asked for a room close to an entry door. When I got to the room, we found that this room was an accessible room. In the room, the shutters would not stay open. The sliding glass door to the patio was sealed shut and could not be opened. The TV remote is a challenge to operate. There is no handicap parking close to the hotel guest rooms. There are about 6 handicap spaces located at the furthest northwest parking lot completely away from the guestrooms. Not conducive for guests with special needs. The bathroom doors squeak so loud that it wakes everyone up. Last but not least, they surprise you with a $25.00 per night parking fee for inadequate parking.
