The fire alarm went of in the very early morning hours on the 25th Christmas morning. There was some sort of malfunction and they couldn't shut it off. It sounded for more than a few hours. Also, the room are not very quite and the floors squeak badly!

the resort itself is very nice, the front desk when we checked in was rude, new lady there when we checked out was nice...the rooms were awful, very small beds, air conditioner smelled to the point we had to turn it off and the noise was very loud

The room condition seems "okay". The AC/heat worked well. 2 lights didn't work/broken. That made the room really dim. The room is pretty big. The shower was so so! The mattress is too soft for me.

Awesome stay! Very affordable suite overlooking pool with beautiful views of golf course. Our double suite was roomy & spacious with balconies in both rooms. The main bathroom was huge with a separate shower & tub. Good vanity area with counter space & bright lighting. Very clean, quiet, and in a very good location. The pool area is wonderful with plenty of loungers & seating. Yes, the hotel is a bit dated & the beds are not 5 star comfy, but all in all, we enjoyed our stay & would stay hear again & again.
