Rude reception, lamps didn't work in room, iron didn't work, fridge not plugged in, broken screen on patio, shower curtain way to short, elevators not working and worst of all there were termites moving in and out of the chair in the room. This place is a dump stay away.

The lobby & lounge are impressive. The room was clean, but it needs some attention & updating. I prefer using stairs, but the for those who don’t, the elevator on the west end was out of service and should get fixed. The tile shower is nice, but the toilet is an old type that uses a lot of water and requires holding the lever down for 15 seconds to work.

Love staying here. It’s clean? Staff is always available. Rooms are clean. The restaurant and bar has entertainment, and it’s the oldies like Palm Springs. I’ve stayed here many times and it’s always great!

Remove $25 self-parking fee. The desert is inherently solitary. No guest will be without a vehicle. This is in violation of CA SB-478 as a vehicle is not optional. Shocked and disappointed to be asked to agree to the fee as an incidental charge.

Had reserved a king standard room and when we checked in we were informed they had overbooked so they gave us a room with 2 double beds. We were advised the rooms were given out as guests checked in. The beds were not comfortable and this was very disappointing as we had made reservations in advance, not to mention it was Valentines day. The shower curtain did not reach the floor so water got all over the floor when we took a shower. Rooms were clean but thats it

​I recently stayed at this property in the Palm Springs / Indian Wells area, and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment from start to finish. For the price point and the location, I expected a level of quality and service that was completely absent. ​The Issues: ​Hygiene & Maintenance: Seeing cockroaches in the hallways was incredibly unsettling and spoke volumes about the lack of proper pest control and cleanliness at this resort. ​Housekeeping: The service was awful. Requests were either ignored or handled with a lack of care that made the stay feel very unmanaged. ​Noise Levels: The noise was horrific. Whether it was thin walls or poor management of common areas, there was no peace or quiet to be found during the entire stay. ​The Pool: One of the main reasons to stay in the desert is the pool, but this one was hardly heated, making it unusable for anyone who isn't a fan of cold plunges. ​Hidden Costs: To top it all off, the unnecessary parking fees felt like a blatant cash grab. Charging a premium for parking in an area with plenty of space is frustrating when the hotel itself isn't being maintained. ​Final Verdict: ​I would not recommend this hotel. Between the pests, the noise, and the lack of basic amenities like a heated pool, there are far better options in the Indian Wells area that actually value their guests. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
