No elevator on our side of hotel. Had to walk all the way to front side. Could not use staircase because of by knees. Very run down, carpet, furniture. Vent in bathroom continually humming loud. Lousy hotel, this is a HILTON? Staff smoking near exit.

The room was nice and spacious. The only complaint is they gave us a handicap room on 1st. No issues with that except it was located right next to elevators and the noise was unbelievable loud. Even with ear plugs it was very loud and disruptive. We asked for a room Change but nothing was available.

Room is spacious and clean. However, the carpet looks very worn out. The hallways are freezing!! The a/c is running in the middle of winter!! No late check out is available or they want to charge for it. Ugh
