Everything was great, clean, and convenient. Firmer pillow options would be my only request in the future. To be fair, I did not ask if any other pillows were available. I am sure the staff would have tried to help me if I had asked and there was something they could have done.

Very disappointing for a Marriott property. I was there for a chilly night in the desert and the room heater could barely heat the room. When it did come on it blew cold air for minutes before the heat kicked in. Secondly the over 50 TV channels available did NOT include either Golf Channel or Tennis Channel...here in a popular golf and tennis vacation area?? No skin lotion in the rooms. Coffee lids did not fit the coffee cups in the breakfast area. I wont stay there again.

The only place we stay in the area.

This place always "rocks on all cylinders'. Super friendly staff, right when you check in. Comfortable and clean rooms. Love that they turn the lights on in your room before you get there, a small thing, but a nice touch. We also love that the breakfast is pretty extensive, as hotels in this price point go. There is cheese and salsa for your scrambled eggs, for example. And you can get to the breakfast area just before closing time, there still is food, and it does NOT look like a bomb hit and messy, like we experience in so many places. Love having the micro and mini fridge. .

This is a well maintained newer property. Tyler at the front desk was terrific, personable, professional and informative. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good. We will be back.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before so I thought staying again would be a good idea. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant experience with a noisy neighbor. Management did little to nothing to solve the issue and was actually perturbed that I complained. The manager is the reason I will never stay again. He should take some customer service classes. Never tell a customer to go somewhere else if you’re not happy. Never make a customer feel like an inconvenience to your work day.

Fairfield is normally a great place to stay. This time I found the cleaning staff lacking. The room smelled like raw onion. In two occasions, the room appeared to have been clean, but the dirty washcloth was left in the shower.
