The rooms are very spacious. The pools are both great options. Rhe main pool has music playing and the hot tub is large. We liked the hideaway pool. They serve ice water as a courtesy when you are at the pool which is appreciated. They also had sunscreen available if you didn’t bring your own. The grounds are impeccable and all of the ground staff and cleaning staff were so friendly. The restaurant was great food. The waiter on our morning seemed overwhelmingly busy with the four tables. He was super rushed and not really “into” the pleasantries that we are accustomed to. The 40.00 resort fee is a lot. The parking lot is not monitored, there is wifi but those things are bare minimum these days. It’s become so common but is just not necessary in my opinion. We would come back in a heartbeat.

You only have two choices of restaurants, Chiki Palm gave us all food poisoning. The spa was closed all three days that we were there. We were not allowed to sit with our dog by the pool, even though she is 8 pounds and in a stroller so we were stuck in the room most of our stay there the front desk gentleman was extremely rude . They don’t allow smoking anywhere on the property, but there was a gentleman having a cigar by the pool and no one said anything to him.

This property was quite lovely and well maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. We enjoyed the pool, bar, and outdoor areas. Parking was easy and there was plenty. Our room was really spacious and comfortable. The decor was very cool and on brand for Tmmoy Bahama.

We had a wonderful girls weekend at the Tommy Bahama. The staff is very attentive and hospitable. We would have liked to have breakfast at the restaurant, but the wait was going to be more than an hour so we went off property. They seem to be under staffed in this part of the hotel. I would still give the still rate the resort a five!

The hotel is nice and staff is friendly, however upon our arrival the staff at the front desk let us know that there are two large wedding parties at the property that weekend. We were only staying one night for our anniversary and didn’t think much of it. The hotel was packed, particularly the pool area where we couldn’t get lounge chairs for a few hours. We decided to go to the smaller pool but that was closed to a private bachelor party. We called expedia asking them to cancel the reservation and refund our money so we can go to a different hotel but they contacted the hotel and they denied the request. Went to dinner later that night and when we got back to the hotel around 12am the bachelor party was still going on with full DJ blasting music. This is not what we expected coming here. We read all the reviews and this place looked like a nice relaxing boutique hotel which is why we booked it in the first place. We did not come here to be apart of two wedding parties and be bothered by obnoxiously loud music.
