Staff were friendly. We paid for an upgraded room and were stuck with a view of another building and air conditioning unit. Learned that all the “view” rooms were taken by conference attendees. Also situated beside a room with two crying and screaming babies for the two nights. All in all, not an enjoyable splurge - likely won’t stay again.

The property is beautiful & front desk associate was very kind & helpful. The parking is easy, but they do charge $17 a night. The room was old but very clean. The pillows weren't great but the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was tiny with no counter space though the shower was amazing, incredible water pressure. Took 45 minutes to be served our breakfast in the restaurant but the food was incredible. Overall, happy with our stay, would book a larger room, bring my own pillow, and get to breakfast earlier. :)

There was pee stains on the toilet seat. There is no room service in the early evening to get a drink. To go room cups are plastic - if you order after 5 pm to your room the drink cups are plastic. I could hear normal conversations in the room next to me and every door open and close below and next to me. I was in a upgraded king room.
