The property was very convenient and I like that restaurants were really on the property. Ice cream and pizzeria as well as a Mexican and fine dining. I loved the property however be careful going on the patio. My husband tripped over the rise between the slide door and broke three ribs.

The room lost power in the morning i went down and they gave me a new room i switch rooms the new room for some reason only had hot water .went down explain I had a 1 and a half year old and we didnt want her to get burnt they said they could not switch rooms since we switch I said ok I would like a refund .well that changed things .they called security witch I thought was insulting and had them take me to 2 rooms to verify the conditions well to there surprise security came back and said it only has hot water we then went to two more rooms we did find a room with cool water.with all that being said we mist the sun rise witch was why we wanted to go.That after noon I went down to talk with the manager and she said since i used hotels.com there was nothen they could do for me.To say the least ai wasted my whole weekend.

Booked & paid ahead for oceanfront. Did not get oceanfront. Went to store. Arrived back to find we had been locked out of our room. Front desk attendant said she locked us out because initial check in attendant ad given us the wrong room. I told her I paid for oceanfront & wanted oceanfront. She just handed us new keys to the wrong room. People across the hall smoked weed in the building, which made the experience even worse. This is an annual trip, and we will be staying elsewhere going forward.

There was a storm the weekend my family was there so we were not able to enjoy all the amenities. Overall, the staff was friendly. The indoor swimming pool was clean and fun worthy.

The overall experience was good with the exception of the rain. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing is we rented the penthouse suite and it did not provide everything it said it would have. Also it was no complimentary breakfast
