Clean and quiet. Ocean is your back yard. Food options that close and convenient. I stayed for 5 nights in off season, the price is worth it.

Good facility, will recommend for stay with family

Rooms were clean, all basic necessities were available and replaced on daily basis (towels, soap, shampoo). Lot of restaurants, shops, gas station closeby, so, very convenient location. Pool area is clean, there is an indoor and outdoor option for pool. I will recommend this location to others

Well for starters, we didn't have a ice bucket...also the non smoking was a stretch with coming back and forth across a busy road. We also thought they were at least serving breakfast for all the money we paid. Needless to say, I don't think I will be returning back their again. Thanks but no thanks

Unit was ok, nice appliances, comfortable bed. Nice view. TV in living room was quite old, and difficult to work through, and no instructions. Not a smart tv, so no streaming possible. Ice maker turned off, so no ice, and replenishing took a long time. Small items like a few coffee filters, paper towels, laundry detergent were not provided. Elevators were fast, but parking across a busy street was difficult and usually distant. Furnishings were pretty worn.

Gread location, mediocre facilities.

The location and ocean view are excellent. Pool and hot tub facilities were good and well maintained. Evening reception staff and security guards were polite and friendly, but day reception staff lacked friendliness. The air vents in ceiling of our room (on 15th floor) made an awful racket all night due to strong winds and appeared to be in disrepair. We hardly slept that night. When I pointed out this problem to the day manager she said it was normal and that she couldn’t do anything about it (even though the cleaning lady told us she never heard the ducts rattle so loudly before). The workout room was hot and dusty. Our room was in disrepair and some furniture was jippy. Some walls and doors were damaged. Didn’t look half as good as the photos. Free coffee was awful.

Balcony overlooking the beach... incredible! Sandy Beach maintenance of the public areas is excellent. All employees were very courteous and professional. Our specific unit needed a little TLC... but we had everything we needed for a wonderful 4 day get away.

The outside of the hotel is nice. Lobby is on second floor. We were given room 520. It was spacious. Oceanview. The downside was that the room is very tired looking. Chipped furniture on legs, lamps missing hardware and shades needed a dire dusting. The furniture is quite worn, the back of the loveseat had stains from heads and probably sun tan lotion bodies sitting on them. The rooms need some patching and repainting. The beds were okay. They squeak. The kitchen could use a new coffee maker as the lid was broken when I went to use it. Just little stuff that make a stay more pleasurable. You do have to gather your garbage, linens and towels at the end of your stay, and take them to the laundry chute which I thought was weird. The view from the patio was very nice. We did not look at the pool area or the lazy river but from where we were staying it looked clean and upkept. There is no restaurant on site and you can walk a few blocks to restaurants for both dinners and breakfast. We did walk down the boardwalk to the Sky Wheel. It is low season so not a lot of foot traffic. The stores sell the regular run of the mill souvenirs. Probably 50% of the restaurants and bars were closed for well-deserved vacations by the owners. Would I stay here again. Not sure. They do not take pets either so that may influence our decision. This is not a typical hotel. I think that the owners of the condo rent them out when they are not using them. Seemed more like a VRBO than a hotel.
