even though they have a parking garage, you could never find a space below the 3rd level, The first & second level were always full. When your room is on the 16th floor of the hotel / condos... it makes it a bit unhandy.And the view from the 16th floor of a U shaped building was limited when the room is back in the pocket of the U. The room was a bit dated. and the fridge looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. some of the front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful

The location was ideal and the room was comfortable. Some better cleaning of the room we had is warranted as well as a fresh coat of paint. Several items were broken and needed repair but overall we enjoyed our time there. Front desk and all staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cleaning needs to improve

It was good only thing bad was popcorn ceiling was falling down in the bedroom and I found 2 black hairs one on bathtub one on wall of hallway and also a pare of little girls under ware on floor under the couch when we pulled out the coach bed. Everything else was good.

Overall, our experience was good, our room was clean with beautiful ocean front view. The area was nice and quiet and everyone was very friendly, specially Kim at windows ocean front restaurant for breakfast.
