It's great property. It has both indoor and outdoor pool. The parking is free. There is a buffet Breakfast restaurant. The price around 10 bucks. It's beach hotel with all facilities.

Dirty, low quality people that were working and staying there and we were walked in on by the house staff before we checked out. There was a front desk lady by the name of Ariel, she was very nice. It was probably considered luxurious back in the 90’s, not so much anymore.

Our room, 1539 was dirty when we checked in… The ceiling was peeling away in several spots, pillows were moldy and the hot water in the bathroom wasn’t working until I addressed it with management.. Also, the bathroom was very outdated and dirty… the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was great - not a fan of the loud live music each night until 11pm…

Location was good if you want quiet. Front desk was nice. Had nice bar and burger place. The rooms were dirty, floors needed cleaning, toilets dirty, carpets dirty and needs replacing. Bed mattress needs replacing, really old and my back hurts. Kitchenette was nice. Beach was nice.

There was someone else’s hair all throughout our room. They didn’t clean our room once while we were there. The shower looked permanently dirty. It looked like the chairs in our room had been used for 30 years without being cleaned. My fiancé had to use the ironing board and it was disgusting, we had to use one of our towels on top of it so he could use it. It was so ghetto and loud at night. I would never stay here again.

I liked we had person unload and load our luggage to the room. I liked the band every night. I like the lounge with karaoke. The beds were comfy. The person checking us in had no personality. Lights at bed didnt work. Freezer slow on freezing ice. Didnt have dish liquid or dish drainer. Room didnt look like computer picture. Ice machines need cleaning. Beach was beautiful with white sand.

Bathroom had long dark hair everywhere. Me and husband have short gray hair. Carpet dirty and lumps and bumps underneath all around. No dish detergent for dishwasher or for hand wash. No paper towels. Could hardly open/close balcony door. The smell of pot smoking in room, in hallway, in elevator and on balcony all week long. Said no motorcycle in main parking garage, but there were. No handicap parking to talk about.
