Spend the extra money and pick the place next door
This place is not what it seems. It looks totally different from the pictures. There is no bar/lounge anymore. The elevators were small, dirty with wet floors all the time. The hallway to the fifth floor was clean but poorly lit. Our room seemed OK in the beginning however, we noticed that the Internet was VERY spotty. The dresser had mold on it. The balcony was peeling, patio furniture starting to rust. The bed was comfortable but originally didn't have blankets, just sheets. We had to go down to the Front Desk to ask for blankets, fresh linen and towels everyday. Then turnaround to bring all the dirty stuff to the front desk for them. We had to make our own beds because no real housekeeping service. Which is normally cool, but we’re on vacation and sand gets everywhere. HK service was only available every five days but if you wanted HK to come before five days, that was an additional fee. Almost everything was an additional fee. The pool is small picture of the size of a decent master bedroom. There is a lazy river and Jacuzzi however, it just looks dingy. The pathway to the beach is kinda hazardous. The wooden steps are broken. My foot could fit through it. Coming back from the beach one day I went to take a shower and there was a roach in the bathtub. The parking is terrible. There are three parking spots to load and unload, but the rest (3) are all offsite with parking g pass. However, close..across the street, but they are very small and can only fit about 10 cars.
