I loved the view and the room itself. When I moved the couch, there were trash on the floor. In my bedroom, there was debris behind a dresser. Regardless though, I loved the room and layout of it. I plan on returning and renting the same room whenever it's possible. I also had a kitchenette in the room but no pots or pans. We had to go up to the desk for dishes.

My whole experience was horrible management was the worst. The room I booked kept losing power and had no hot water roaches crawling on the door. the manager did nothing about it. After complaining multiple times and a day later I was told I will get a new room after ones cleaned after waiting all day and being given a new time for the room to be available 4 times… I finally get moved to a FILTHY room. This room had dirty dishes as soon as you walk in no bedding on the beds etc. I notified a nice lady at the front desk and found out that instead of fixing my issue the manager said someone else do it and went to BED! At almost 12pm on our last night there I finally got moved to a clean room. I had to pay a housekeeping fee but never got house keeping and was unable to get a refund for it.

Absolutely don’t do it

One of the worse hotels I’ve ever been at. Wet towels in the bathroom still, it was mildly clean but smelled terrible and then seemed to be tried to cover up with absurd amount of cleaning supplies. I was with my family and instantly got headaches from the overwhelming smell. So we opened the side door and back door(next to the bed) and then left two hours to air out. It was unsuccessful so we ended up just driving back home that night instead. No refund was given nor did they care about the conditions. Refund I understand, that was on my part, but to not even seem interested in customer concerns was really the worse part. Also it’s definitely a college or young adult hotel. Smell of weed and many rooms blasting music that could be heard from the halls. From when we came in to hotel until we left. The parking situation was also not ideal. You drive up to check in but the parking lot is so tiny it’s almost impossible to turn around to get to their secondary parking lot if another car pulls in. There’s literally only three or four available spots to check in. To give you a small description of what the lot size consists of.

Hotel needs updating. Sliding glass door busted and they knew. No universal remote. Last stay had 2 bathrooms and one of the showers didn’t have handles and their response was they knew. So, they don’t make an effort to update. But if you’re looking for a cheap quick night stay it is affordable.

It was really nice until kids started spraying me and my husband in the face with the cold water at the hot tub and kept saying sorry but kept doing it no parent in site and older brother kept kicking the cold water from the pool across from the hot tub and splashed us but other then that it was nice the room was clean besides the floors but no big deal really affordable just for a quick stay

We arrived about 30 minutes prior to check in and our room wasn’t ready. We were told that a bunch of college kids had checked out and left the rooms a mess so I was understanding. After about a hour of waiting the manager gave us a free upgrade to the Executive Suite!! The room was clean, spacious, 2 bedrooms living room, 2 bathroom full kitchen. But…..the dish washer didn’t work, the kitchen sink nob was off track and it was hard to get the water on, the stove was old and the bottom drawer was badly damaged, the bottom of some of the wood was damaged. Other than that the hotel was quiet until about Thursday that’s when everyone started checking in. Hot tub was super warm, pools and lazy river were a little too cold for me.

It was nice having 2 separate bedrooms and being right on the beach. Parking wasn't too bad, right across the street. The hot tub was really hot, which was nice. However, the pools and lazy river are NOT heated so were way too cold to swim in, so Expedia should remove that part from their listing. Kids were disappointed. Also our king size bed was on a strange metal frame which made a creaking noise every time you moved. We had 1 fork and 2 plates, but they did get us extra dishes when we asked.

When I first checked in my a few hiccups my Keys didn’t work to my room after replacing them 3 times. When I finally did get into my room I was highly disappointed. Very unhappy but me and my husband to make the best of it. Because it was our anniversary and we haven’t traveled since my son was born. But I decided to speak with the Manager Shorlanda F because I just wasn’t happy with what I thought my room with be. If it wasn’t for Ms Shorlanda amazing customer service , kindness , courtesy, empathy to my situation me and my husband would have left. Shorlanda provided excellent service by accommodating me and my husband room by putting us in an Executive Suite. She communicated with us throughout our stay whenever we crossed path to make sure we were good. She walks with Grace and integrity. The way she interacts with the guest for one woman was remarkable. I seen her in action greeting every student who entered or exited her hotel. Because of Shorlanda I had a pleasant experience. And hope to bring my children with me next time. All my bad experiences were forgotten because of one women. I believe with Shorlanda she can make the staff better and the hotel great. I will ONLY go back If she is there. Thanks again we appreciate you. Thanks for making our trip memorable .

The cleaners do a crappy job and reek of smokes and the rooms are disgusting and they dont even clean the rooms. The whole place was crappy and the pools were all unclean and trash everywhere. Very disappointing and NOT worth staying at. A holiday inn would have been better.
