Spacious room! Loved the private balcony! Attentive staff. The gnats were a bit intrusive however and kitchen pots, pans and plates had to be requested from the desk. Cooking utensils provided included plastic cutlery.

I went through 3 rooms before I found a “decent” one. They were remodeling just about all the rooms. Rooms were dirty. They ran out of towels and wash cloths and was told they were washing and drying and would be done in 30 minutes but we never received any. No batteries in the remote & etc…..

Loved how the sweets didn’t have, but one room across from each other. Had a great view of both the ocean and the boardwalk. Did not like parking across the street would’ve rather paid extra to park in parking garage underneath hotel. Wish they had a bar on site or a bar at the pool.

The place was very dirty at the switch rooms at check in due to food stuck all over the sliding door and sill. All the scenes in the ad, do not greet you at the door. Perceptionary was filthy. The worms were dirty, the pool was dirty and certainly not what it shows on the site. Would not recommend anyone staying here.

This was a great stay for me and my family. My teen was able to sleep in the living room on the sleep sofa and have her own space. We enjoyed our privacy and being able to have meals inside thanks to the kitchenette. Had two balconies and two really soft beds in the suite. Will book again

This property was the worst of the ones around it. To start the trip off, I had done a book now, pay later option. Luckily I was called bc they told me that if I didn’t pay the first night by 1 (can’t check in until 4) then my reservation would be cancelled.. couldn’t even find a a manager to talk to! And the lady l was talkin to about it, GOT ATTITUDE with me “I’m not goin back and fourth” LIKE EXCUSE ME! Got there, and the guy at the front desk.. ARGUED with me about it instead of letting his customer feel heard.And the place STUNK! There was maid carts in the relaxing areas and all around just below average. My room was very big but just overall outdated. Appliances are rusted. Room furniture is bulky and ugly. I’ve never wrote a bad review and I travel a lot. I made it a point to do this review..

What I liked was that the price was reasonable, staff were friendly and we had access to the beach from the resort. What I didn't like was there were dead roaches all over the bathroom floor, the change filter light was on on the AC unit and the bath towels were stained with brown spots. After sleeping in the room for 3 nights I ended up with a sore throat and losing my voice due to breathing air that was being filtered through the dirty filter in the AC unit. Fortunately we were only there to shower & sleep each night, we did not spend much time at all in the room due to my children playing in a softball tournament all day. Pictures online are very deceiving and make the place look nicer than it was. It was disappointing.

Old and rundown

The hotel was humid and musty smelling. Old looking. It had a kitchen with nothing in it. no glasses, plates, cooking ware. Nothing. The door was hard to open and close. No pillows on the couch.
