Love the amenities and getting daily house keeping. The children activities were nice. Having onsite food and bar is convenient since not many walking choices. But they need to work on allowing guests to blast music and hollowing at the pool at night. Quiet time st 10 pm but first two nights couldn’t sleep from loud music and screaming guests. Had key issues as well not able to get in gate at second building and one door at parking garage. Had to get help wto th room door since had to do handle up and down first to get it opened. Had daily issues getting pool towels. The pool wasn’t very warm. Very nice resort but needs to work on some small issues and how they handle out of hand guests

Lobby under renovation that did not affect stay. Staff we interacted with were all kind, waterpark was great for young kids, walkway to water parks between buildings was chilly but expected for Christmas and water was heated adequately, playground was small and could use repairs, bridge to beach was newly redone, room was spacious and view of ocean from balcony for sunrise was perfect!

The room is very clean. We stayed at the room with two queen bed which is smaller than other rooms but it is still quite spacious with 3 sinks and 2 televisions. The bathroom is very clean too. The kitchenette is is also nice with all the utensils and tools. It is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.
