Property was easy to drive to. Room was clean. I didn't realize there was a $45 fee PER DAY! for parking. The Clerk said it was Expedia not including it as a fee. The Clerk was very kind and did reduce the fee to $20 per day. Still - I would have stayed somewhere else had I known about the parking fee -somewhere that included breakfast.

After our stay at Hilton Costa Mesa (Dec 12–13), I found an unauthorized $104.91 charge on my credit card. The hotel claimed it was a restaurant charge, but our lounge bill was only $52.80, which was already paid in full (I have a receipt for proof ). I contacted the hotel immediately and am still waiting for a refund and explanation. Very disappointing billing experience.

This was our families 2nd time staying here and we love it and plan on returning often. Loved the Starbucks, the barista during our stay was lovely everytime. My only complaint is that we called the front desk asking for new towels and they never came, but that’s such a small issue and the hotel stay itself makes up for minor inconveniences in my opinion. Great place for families, even with small children.
