This reservation is the WRONG hotel. I’m at the Hyatt Regency Irvine, NOT Newport West. Please refund my charges as this was not my fault.. the agent wasn’t listening well and I also have never flown into OC and wasn’t aware there were three Hyatt Regency Hotels near here.

I specifically requested a quiet room in advance due to insomnia, but unfortunately I was assigned one of the noisiest rooms in the hotel. The room was very close to the airport, and airplanes were taking off throughout the night, making it almost impossible to sleep. This was especially disappointing because my request was made ahead of time and was ignored. The lack of rest significantly affected my stay. I hope the hotel will take guest requests more seriously in the future, especially when they relate to sleep and comfort.
