We had a wonderful time at Agua Caliente Casino! Beautiful room clean quiet and comfortable bed. The food was great and the service was excellent. We also enjoyed the gift shop. Can’t wait to go back. Had a blast in the Casino.

Clean room: On our first day, we noticed that the bed sheets had specks of blood. Housekeeping had either forgotten to change the sheets or did not do so properly. We called the front desk to report this issue, as it was unacceptable. Housekeeping did change the sheets, but the front desk clerk never apologized or offered any compensation, such as a complimentary breakfast. They only changed the sheets without addressing our concerns further. Did not meant to rate the Breakfast, there was not a free breakfast.

Absolutely wonderful stay! We loved every minute of comfort and pampering. We had the most delicious breakfast delivered room service I felt like a queen. I recommend going through hotels.com even the registration desk said I got a great deal.
