Great place to stay, the safe was great. Jessica and Daniela at the spa took care of me and my girlfriend and Angel the bartender was hospitable. James at the front desk was knowledgeable and took care of us as well.

I had a bad experience over this Memorial Day weekend, Ac in the room did not get under 76 degrees in my room and when I tried getting help through the front desk they never answered. Also this place is a child’s zoo on big holidays like this.

Good stay, pool was maintained, food tasted good, staff was attentive, bed is comfortable. The only thing we did not like about our stay was that our room smelled like cigarettes in the afternoon into evening.

This is perfect for families with kids. We enjoyed our stay. This resort is very family friendly. The check in times are ridiculous. We waited in line for about an hour (with kids). Got to the counter after 4pm and rooms weren’t ready. That and the pool area being dirty are the only cons. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. Folks get to the pool early morning and put towels out so by 10am all of the pool chairs are taken.
