We have travelled multiple times but this time during spring break it did not feel like a good choice, pool was dirty, service was delayed and rude and there were no towels for hours!

Our family was last here 4 years ago. We were surprised that nothing has been updated for the amount of revenue this hotel brings in. Atmosphere was good and so was the entire staff, with the exception of a housekeeper knocking at our door at 9am for no apparent reason. Beds were very comfortable, with the exception of the pillows. Room was clean and the cafe had many items to offer. Thanks for offering the complimentary drinks (2) and a big thank-you to Megan who checked us in.

My daughter and I enjoyed a short, but sweet stay! The resort had everything we needed. A spacious clean room, a pool nearby, several eating options, and good strong coffee!;

The property was beautiful as is Palm Speings. I wish there were more accessible options instead of walking across the course to get to the lobby for ubers and such. Otherwise, this is a great place n

Faxilities were great, staff was super friendly. They are really understaffed. Went to happy hour at the arcade. Candy table was unsupervised, kids kept cutting and not staff to keep order. Not entorley thwir fault, parents should watch their kids. All the staff was helpful, just need more of them. Pool kept running out of clean towela and trash bins were full alot of times.

Overall we had a really good stay. There were a couple things that didn’t go perfectly but I think it was due to it being a busy week with Spring Break. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Our room was nice and we experienced great service while we’re there.
