The property has a great restaurant on it which means you can have a really nice meal have a few drinks you just walk back to your room. No need to go driving in or drive off the premises to go through lunch restaurant. There are many golf courses nearby and the casino is only one and a half miles away which makes everything very convenient. Highly recommend this place

Ducks were allowed to swim and deficate in the pool. It was cleaned afterwords, but still an health hazard. Otherwise room, restaurant and staff were good.

The registration staff is very rude and impatient, the property is very old and run down. Room’s fridge has a very disgusting smell. All the facility and activity are closed. All the ponds around the swimming pool are so dirty and smell.

Excellent Hotel with views of the Golf Course and meandering river and pools. Food and Staff were top notch. Only knock against it is the Security gates were unserviceable. They’d have the gates serviced only to have them stop working later that day. This was an ongoing issue during our six day stay.

My stay at the Westin Ranch was amazing. The property was quiet and relaxing, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Foreigner Concert

We made reservations and contacted the resort to request rooms of two couples close together. When I checked in second, there was no mention that we had made request to be close together. I was told that the closest we could get was at least two buildings away. Trying to find out The menus at the restaurants on site was nearly impossible without taking a trip to the restaurant first. Their website did not have a full menu also. When trying to contact anyone at the resort, the phone call made took multiple minutes before receiving someone on the other line. I do believe that this resort due to the lack of parking close to anywhere other than maybe the rooms, needed to have a direct line to theshuttle service.. the shuttle personnel were very friendly and very helpful, but the phone call had to go through their normal phone system and the delays were unnecessary.
