This property was very nice. Well kept the staff was very courteous very customer service. The variety of food was not who are liking because we are vegetarian so I wish there was more options but overall, I’d give it a 4 1/2 stars.

The staff went above and beyond. Beginning a week before our arrival up until we departed. They were all amazingly wonderful. So attentive & kind. Definitely recommend this resort! So beautiful!

Such a kid friendly hotel. We celebrated our 9 years wedding anniversary during Labor Day weekend and it was packed but there was still ton of lounge chair and around the pool. Our 6 years and 2 years old loved everything from the snow cone, game room, pool, night glow in the dark golf, and movie night.

The rooms are old they need to update! Service charges for everything! The rooms were pricey as it is! Overall the pools were great! Great resort for kids, very kid friendly. Food was ok!

We booked for 4 nights. Our room was not cleaned every day despite us calling the front desk to enquire re status. The lazy river and slides were fantastic in theory but were terribly overpacked. The property is getting old and tired and staff are not responsive. I would avoid.

Best hotel in Palm Springs area

Staff always great. From front desk to the pool are to the restaurants. Have been coming for 7 years, couple times a year.
