The lazy river is by far the best thing here at Omni, the staff was also very nice and I enjoyed the quiet on this specific weekend.

This was probably our 4 or 5th stay. Up until this visit we’ve never experienced bugs in the room. Although the staff was accommodating it was extremely disappointing. Even the 2nd room we were moved to had some bugs. We also experienced a domestic dispute. Which left us alarmed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

The room was large with a king bed and fold out couch. Bathrobes in the closet were a nice touch. We had the adult pool & jacuzzi all to ourselves for most of the morning. The River, with many dining options, is close enough to walk to (we drove because it was 106 degrees). The front desk gives out free ice cream. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Check in was easy and pleasant.

We paid $27 per night for parking, but all close to our room parking spots were occupied. Room is dusty and dirthy. Bathroom doors and AC vents are very dusty, rooms smells like an old house with pets. Everything, included vanity is very outdated and need maintenance and deep cleaning. After we checked out and got the receipt they overcharged $200+ next day. Working to get that settled.

I haven't been back since covid. I missed this hotel a lot.We use to come here every end of summer. Before the school starts.The grounds are still same. The pool area are well kept. But disappointed with our room. It smell like mold and pee. Need to clean the carpet. It smells dirty. I don't remember that they charge for parking. On top of parking they charge tax on it. The staff are very nice and helpful.
