We booked an accessible room but when we arrived we were told that room was unavailable. We were given a different room with some but not all accessible features. It soon became apparent that the heat was not working which an engineer confirmed. That meant moving to a new room without the assistance of a bellman. New room was comfortable but many of the electric outlets did not work.

Check in was was challenging due to the limited staff. The room cleanliness was just acceptable. The food served in the bar/restaurant which basically just acceptable. I’m most likely going to choose another hotel in the future.

Room. Lock on sliding door, on ground floor room with street access, needed repair and we spent evening waiting to use room and go to bed while maintenance worked on door instead of moving us into another room.
