The reason for the 3 stars was that there was no hot water and there were no towels in our room. By the time my husband got quickly done showering due to it being lukewarm is when we realized no towels. Ao he just ended up using hand towels. Staff was really nice and the hotel was nice.

When I got into the hotel room 106 all the counters, the TV the bathroom counters were all dirty with dust. The hot water didn’t even get hot and the room never got clean by housekeeping. They just left a little sign saying if we wanted anything to call the front desk. My lady had to clean it herself and had a little smell. I think I should get some refunds from me or a free night.
