The property is clean and cozy with great extras like the coffee bar and candy bar. We were greeted by Karl who was super professional, friendly, and helpful and it set the tone for our 3 night stay. The Jr Suite was lovely with nice little touches including a thank card, robes and mints on the bed upon arrival. The music that is played in the pool area creates a welcoming and relaxing vibe. Loved everything about it! Thank you Andreas Hotel staff and setting🌟

I love everything about this hotel! The staff are the nicest most helpful people. I feel more like family when I stay at the Andres. The rooms are so comfortable and everything is within walking distance. This is always my go to place in Palm Springs.

I have stayed three times recently. I enjoy the charm,layout and decor. The staff is very friendly except one very rude maintenance man. The location is great for shopping and restaurants. I appreciate the urns of water in the public spaces. I also look forward to the boxed breakfast.

Best hotel in Palm Springs

The best hotel in Palm Springs. Comfortable, clean, quiet, every attention to every need - just ask, it's probably already managed. Their morning breakfast boxes are a novel approach, but work very well. The pool is beautiful, the evening champagne a treat, and if you choose to add spa services, you're in for a blissful experience. Can you tell I love staying at the Andreas? I've stayed at dozens of other hotels Palm Springs, and think the Andreas tops them all. Everything about it from location to amenities to cleanliness to staff is simply the very best.

Excellent service from start to finish. Staff was extremely welcoming, personable, helpful & informative. They show you around the beautiful hotel, to your room and give you tips about local tourism. The amenities are plentiful, just to name a few..You are welcomed with robes to wear during your stay(to the pool/spa,) a candy bar with yummy candy and ice cold water always available. Definitely will keep this place for future stays!
