We took this trip to celebrate my son's birthday and Mother's Day. Upon our arrival, we were disturbed by the guests in the unit above us, who were stomping around and yelling very loudly. Additionally, we could hear conversations from other guests early in the morning, as the walls seemed paper-thin. Our one-bedroom villa had old contact lenses scattered all over the bedroom floor. My son stepped on about seven pairs, which was quite unappealing. We attempted to check out by phone but couldn't reach anyone for over 30 minutes. Furthermore, the restaurant was closed for renovations, which was disappointing, especially considering the hefty price per night. Overall, I wouldn't stay there again.

This property looks a little tired and could use fresh paint in the exterior hallways and stairs. We were given a Villa that overlooked a construction area, very disappointing for the money we spent.

We have stayed at several properties at the Marriott. The Enclaves unit we stayed in was a one bedroom. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen is very limited. No oven. Better for no more than two people.

When I arrived at my room, it was not the room that I reserved on hotels.com. The manager indicated that hotels.com was wrong and provided in accurate information regarding my room. Elena, the manager indicated that they’ve had problems with hotels.com giving customers the wrong information information.
