A lot of construction inside and outside of property. Tv didn’t work in the evening hours, restaurant was closed the entire stay, and gift shop was only seasonally opened. Fire alarm went off twice. I would stay here again though, very clean and customer service was friendly and prompt. They were able to bring a roll away bed and extra towels right to our room within minutes of asking. Good sized gym and close to town.

Hotel was good for the price. I just wished we could have had a place to dine or maybe some hot water and coffee for customers since it was 20 degrees in Fairbanks when we arrived.

Hotel is under constuction so restaurant and coffee shop were unavailable. Toilets sound like bombs going off and rooms are outdated.

Stayed here several times in February, horrible service but nice room for what we needed. Front desk staff snapped at me when I didn’t hear him asking for my car information while check in. He said “I just asked you this why didn’t you hear me?” With so much sass

Absolutely horrible staff, rude and lacking any social skills let alone customer service skills. Would love to see someone follow up with the front desk workers horrible attitudes. Put a real damper on our stay as they greeted us with attitude every time we approached them.

Room was great and the paring lot had plenty of plugs to plug in our car. The staff were absolutely rude and unhelpful though so they take down the rating. Besides the consistently rude and socially unaware staff, the hotel was perfect for our stay.
