Nice hotel with many facilities at a good price in a nice area. Room is clean and dining is convenient. Close to shopping and parks. The only thing that is unusual is that they won’t let you check in even it’s only 3 minutes before 3:00pm.

When we first arrived the room was clean, roomy and the bed was comfortable. The next day I asked the front desk to have the towels chenged in our bathroom, after a second request the next day I gave up.We checked out after the forth night. The restaurant showed they knew they had a captured customer base as service was very slow and uncareing. Also the menu was very limited and over priced (even for Alaska). Holland America needs to find a better hotel place there customers!!

The room looked good. Except the toilet bowl, looked luke it needed a cleaning. The hallway on the 6th floor was hot, but room was good. I had the keys demagnatize about 5 times and being on 6th floor sucked having to cone back down.

Clean room. Woukd have been nice to be booked in the newer section since I stayed several days. Woukd appreciate a more affordable breakfast option.

The property is extremely dated, I pretty sure the bathroom has the original tile, tub and shower head from the 70's. The hotel is located downtown so you get quite a bit of the local intoxicated people hanging in and around the property. For the price it's tolerable but when I'm with the wife we don't go here

Bed was sunken in, could feel the springs. Sheets didn't fit, blanket cover was scratchy and uncomfortable. Toilet was super loud, could hear every one else flushing as well waking you up in the night. Breakfast was $25/PP Buffett the highlights were powder eggs, soggy bacon, sausage patties, and stale home style potatoes. No waffles or pancakes available. No daily room service unless requested.
