The hotel is beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, and having the convenience of having the casino, shops and restaurants and bars right in one building was great. Everything there is a little pricey though. 65 a person for a seafood buffet.

Pleasant Stay, But Room Rates 👎

We had a pleasant time at Four Winds Casino New Buffalo. The staff was very helpful in getting us a room, and we were grateful since it allowed us to attend a concert and enjoy dinner on site without any stress. The property is in a nice area, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, the room rate felt extremely high for what was provided, bordering on price gouging. For the amount we paid, I think it would have been a nice touch if the hotel had offered something complimentary, such as free drinks or appetizers. Of course, I realize that isn’t required, but it would have added a sense of fairness and hospitality to the experience. In summary, the stay was enjoyable, the staff was friendly, and the location worked well, but the value didn’t quite match the price.
