None of the restaurants are open until after 4pm. The rooms are very dated and there is no coffee maker, nor does the mini-frig have a freezer in it. I would not stay here again

We paid extra for a renovated room. However it had old doors that didn't shut, old heating unit that was loud and horrible pillows and mattress. They just painted and put down fake hard floors.

No amenities. No microwave no coffee maker. Honestly one of the worst rooms I’ve ever had. Paid way too much and got very little. The virgin river is owned by the same company and it was better

The check in was efficient and the representative was very friendly and courteous. I liked the breakfast restaurant - it was cheery. The pool area looked beautiful and inviting.

The room was very dusty and built up on the edges of the carpet. The bathroom had no exhaust fan. The shower head was gross with tons of build up. The advertisement was newly renovated rooms and ours was definitely not! Signs to buffet led to no where and when we asked an employee they said they haven’t taken the buffet signs down and for a buffet you had to go to the Virgin River Casino.

Jersey Joes Diner was pathetic! Customer service was almost non-existent! That which was available catered to those they knew, not the guests of the Hotel/Casino. We waited 15 minutes AFTER being seated and received a menu, only to have a couple next to us, who arrived 10 minutes after us, to be waited on and have their order placed first. We were not even offered water, and their order was taken. Needless to say, we left and NO, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURAUNT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! We did thoroughly enjoy Ritas & Fajitas! Delicious food, VERY pleasant staff and welcoming atmosphere. We were seated promptly and treated as if they actually were happy, we were there.
