The room was unsanitary. We moved from one block of two rooms with hair and stains all over the beds to another two rooms that were equally as disgusting. The bathroom was seeping water up from the floor which caused large bubbles of filth all over. We had to cover the bathroom floor with towels and when we pulled them up they had brown stains all over.

The pictures posted on your website by no means matched the actual property. The front fountain was empty, the pool was closed (the kids were upset about this) the hallways were dirty, and our room was comparable to a one to two star motel. There was no coffee maker, no microwave, and a very small refrigerator. We will not be coming back.

This place needs a facelift. The room was very dated and dark and not very clean. Stains on walls and bed spread floor in bathroom was grungy No complementary coffee. Paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I don’t like giving a negative review but a Casino that makes this much money can do better!

Girl at check in was very unfriendly & not helpful. Walked to elevators and the button to go down wasn’t working so back to check in. Luckily got a friendly person and she said, the elevator buttons have been a problem (so fix them!). She managed to get us to our rooms. Then there’s a hole in the ceiling of the hallway with a bucket. Generally not great. Needs renovations

Room was clean, staff was great but pool was closed, front area with the water was empty, coffee shop and arcade were closed. Everything we wanted to do was at the Virgin River. The food at Jerseys Joes was bland. We usually stay at Virgin River but decided to give Casa Blanca a try. Don’t that. We’ll go back to staying at the Virgin River.

Getting to our room; the bathroom vent didn’t work, sink didn’t drain, bathtub drained very slow and the shower head sprayed every direction except down. The AC unit hardly worked. Had it set at 65° and was sleeping on top of the sheets and still sweating! Numerous cockroaches in the room and when we complained to the front desk they said we had to file a written report with the security office on the other side of the hotel/casino (what do BUGS have to do with security, isn’t that a cleanliness issue). Have to walk through the casino to get to the restaurants which I thought with a juvenile was illegal. 3 restaurants and not a very big selection on the menus. There used to be a buffet, but not anymore. The floors of the restaurant we went to (Joe’s) were sticky and very disgusting. Our waiter was very nice, however spread way too thin and what should have taken us 45 minutes to go in, eat and leave took about an hour and a half. Just to get ketchup & mustard for my burger I had to wait 20 minutes and had to ask twice (the restaurant wasn’t even 1/2 full AND we were told there was a 20 minute waiting list to get in to a table). Have service dog and there is nowhere on the property for her to do her “business” or bags to clean up after. VERY DISAPPOINTED with our stay at CasaBlanca Resort as opposed to our 2024 stay which is why we chose to stay there again. Won’t make that mistake again. (What happened?! Did they get new management? If so, they need to be reconsidered).
