Common areas - casino, restaurant, coffee shop, pool- were very nice but rooms need updating. Our bathroom sink and shower wouldn’t drain. And refrigerator in room was in need of repair.

Very nice amenities. Parking was a bit far away but typical for casino type accommodation. Plenty of places to gamble, get some food, find a restroom. You’ll be walking a bit to get to your room but once there it is quite and very comfy.

Location is better than Virgin River for last minute overnight while passing through BUT, dining options are very limited, we had chips and crackers on the floor, no outlets near the bed close to the window and only one outlet near the end of the bed on the other side. Place really could use updating. The bed felt like a thick hospital bed. VERY uncomfortable and noisy. No ice maker that worked. The one that was there was from 1950 and out of order. Felt like an old 80s Super 8. The casino staff seemed miserable about their jobs. Many servers didn't even use "Thank you" when I tipped $1 for a tiny bottle of water. The level of cheap cigar smell in this place was painful. Reminds me of the old cigar bars in NYC. I would stay here over some other options in Mequite but could use some TLC. My favorite part of our quick stay; interacting with all the older casino goers. It was like my grandparents were alive again and filled a little hole I did not know I had.

If you are staying in mesquite

Great customer service for a late check in. Safe lighted parking. Excellent room as requested with a view of the amazing pool. Room are above the casino but no smoky smell. Clean. Amazing restaurant in the casino. I would rate this hotel #1 in town as I had stayed at all for business over the past for a comfortable night’s rest

So we were in room 6035, plumbing backed up in the sinks. Toilet had a problem flushing. Bath tub would not drain. The plastic from the walls in room were coming off. Several spots on the wall paint missing. Wasnt worth at all what we paid. They left us in that room like that for a whole day/night. Adding pictures on Google as well. I feel robbed 😪

Comfortable beds and pillows, clean room, quiet. We were on 5th floor. I would stay here again. Shower was clean but shower head did not put out much water. Ity was hard to rinse of soap with so little water.
