They advertised upgraded rooms so for the price, I thought we’d at least get that, but we didn’t. They also removed the cafe and ice cream place down stairs which was highly disappointing. We paid a lot of money for nothing to be available to us that was advertised. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, not one rude person at all. We stayed on the first floor and I am pretty sure the sheets were dirty, there were massive stains on the bedding and both my kids and I broke out in rashes. The resort itself was perfect, but the rooms that have not been remodeled yet left much to be desired.
