Staff was very friendly and helpful, not one rude person at all. We stayed on the first floor and I am pretty sure the sheets were dirty, there were massive stains on the bedding and both my kids and I broke out in rashes. The resort itself was perfect, but the rooms that have not been remodeled yet left much to be desired.

The only complaint we have was we had booked a couples massage at the time of our hotel booking, which was weeks in advance, they called us the morning the day before the massage to confirm, then called back 2 hours later to cancel our appointment telling us they didn' t have any therapists.....what was the point in booking the massages in advance, and confirming the appointment the day before the massage, only to have the Spa cancel the appointment on us?

Very nice resort - casino and restaurants but the rooms are in need of updates and repairs. Bucket right outside our door because of a leak. No outlets for charging electronics like in most hotels now.

Overall the staff were very friendly and the room was clean. That said, it could really use some updating and it would really be nice if they could isolate the smoky casino air from the air in wing of the building with guest rooms. 99% of people do not want to have to smell cigarette smoke in their rooms.

The room was unsanitary. We moved from one block of two rooms with hair and stains all over the beds to another two rooms that were equally as disgusting. The bathroom was seeping water up from the floor which caused large bubbles of filth all over. We had to cover the bathroom floor with towels and when we pulled them up they had brown stains all over.

The pictures posted on your website by no means matched the actual property. The front fountain was empty, the pool was closed (the kids were upset about this) the hallways were dirty, and our room was comparable to a one to two star motel. There was no coffee maker, no microwave, and a very small refrigerator. We will not be coming back.

This place needs a facelift. The room was very dated and dark and not very clean. Stains on walls and bed spread floor in bathroom was grungy No complementary coffee. Paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I don’t like giving a negative review but a Casino that makes this much money can do better!
