Called the desk to fix three things and they sent someone to repair them with in 1 1/2 hours. Property is old and worn but has a VERY high usage I assume. Hotel supplied hair dryer looks like it was placed there when the place was built, has yellowed over time and was filthy! Should be removed, discarded and not replaced. The place offers good value but you get what you pay for.

SMOKY LOBBY

Upon arrival, I was overwhelmed with cigarette smoke. The lobby is in the casino where smoking is prolific. Reception worker was rude and insulting because I forgot my ID in the vehicle. There, apparently, was no wifi in the lobby so i couldn’t contact my spouse to bring it. Bed was comfortable but poorly made so the sheets ave mattress cover bunched and moved around. Queen mattresses on double box springs. It we worked….

Stayed in non smoking room but bathroom vent let in cigarette smoke from another area. Had to air out room upon arrival. Check in was a long wait until I noticed the self check in machine. Upon check out you can leave your room keys in the room. Casino was quite smokey so I did not like. Buffet is good but line can be long depending on town activities. Nice place to stay for the price. Laundry service area n pool but I think the outside pool is not heated. Too cold to brave.
