Our original room wasn't in good condition. We found out the toilet didn't flush very well and later we also found out there was a serious problem with the shower. OK, you get in the shower for that purpose and hit the thing on the spigot to get the water to above and suddenly the spigot flies off which hit my wife leaving a large black and blue bruise on her foot. I picked it up and tried to screw it back on, but this wouldn't work because the threads were stripped bare. How this happened the way it was totally escapes. I went to the front desk and told what happened along with a picture and they said they could send maintenance to fix this and with what they had there's nothing that could be done for it needed new parts. We opted for another room which was fine.

We did not receive a free breakfast. The tv remote was filthy! Looked like someone peed on it. The second night in the room above us was pouncing on the floor from 3 am until morning! So we didn’t get much sleep at all! We did receive a free veterans meal the was delightful!

Room wasn't bad. We weren't happy with an hour wait at the Cafe. When we did get seated, there were many empty tables not being used. Steak was over cooked. Also, the brunch buffet wasn't very good. We never did get a mimosa they advertised and food was barely warm.

Room: No wake up calls. We put an alarm clock in the room instead, (Which you can't figure out how to operate). Late night food was all burnt in the cafe. Room is stark bare with small TV. No coffee maker, fridge or microwave in room. Parking spaces very small. I could go on but I won't.
