The front desk staff is the absolute worst. You can stand at the desk and talk to them and they will ignore you. They did this to me checking in and checking out. They also never put us in a accessible room despite what I booked and everytime I asked to switch I was told it was out of their hands. Do not recommend at all!

Not acceptable! Horrible experience!!!

We reserved a King Deluxe room and paid in advance. Upon arrival we checked in. Once we entered the room we noticed it was not what we reserved. It was what the hotel called a “Murphy bed” but was basically a pull out couch! I called the front desk and was told “you can’t reserve a specific type room, it was first come first served”, and there were no other rooms available. She also said “ sorry, I know a lot of guests complain about the Murphy bed but there is nothing else I can do.” We are in our 60’s and had a hard time getting in and out of the bed due to the couch arm rests. We paid $350 to sleep on a pull out couch with a 6” mattress on a wood frame! Don’t even think of reserving a room here!
Try climbing over this when you have mobility issues!
Night stand is blocked by a wall making it useless!

Less then thrilled!

I booked this online like many others have done. I was traveling with my son for a lacross tournament. After the tournament ended we went to the hotel only to find out that they had overbooked and they had no double queen bed rooms available. After about 20 minutes mind you now it is 8:30 at night. They finally were able to put us in a one king bed room. Sharing a bed with my 16 year old son is not the best because he moves a lot. After he finally took a shower and I cleaned myself up we went to the restaurant that was above the casino on the second floor. We sit down and someone had pulled the fire alarm. So for 20 minutes or so the alarm was going off and it was getting quite annoying. Finally it went off and we finished our meal. After leaving the restaurant we found out that the elevators were not working because of the fire alarm. That wouldn't have been much of a big deal except that I use a mobility scooter and I can't just take it down the stairs. My son and one of the gracious employees were able to carry my scooter down a flight of stairs, which I slowly got myself down. so we could get back to our room. If it wouldn't have been for the overbooking I probably would actually stay at this place again.

The hotel is great no issues with the pool and property. I believe the day shift manager is a little ruff. Perhaps she had a bad day! I was a little early for check in and although the rooms was ready I had to pay an early check in for BOTH my rooms. I reserved two rooms because I brought other people.

I was genuinely disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. One of the main issues was the fold-out bed from the couch — it was extremely uncomfortable and far below the standard I expect from a hotel at this price point. Frankly, I would rather take my business elsewhere than spend another night on such inadequate accommodations. What made the experience worse was the lack of responsiveness from hotel management. I called twice, left detailed messages both times, and never received a single call back. I understand that things can get busy, but as a paying guest, I expected at least the courtesy of a return call. The silence has left me feeling disrespected and ignored. At the very least, I hoped to speak directly with the manager to express my concerns and give the hotel a chance to make things right. Unfortunately, that opportunity never came. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and will be looking elsewhere for future stays.
