My mom had trouble making the long walk from lobby to room. There should be a walkway better designed for connection from hotel parking lot to front desk.

One of my favorite places to stay in the Providence area that is super comfy rooms are super clean. My only gripe with this hotel is they had a great Italian restaurant that was open a bunch of nights then they lowered it to a few nights and now it’s no longer open For a casino. The restaurant selection is lacking during the week.

The room looked amazing and modern. Shower floor was dirty enough that I wouldn’t use it. Needed a scrub! I heard everything from the guests “above” us. Footsteps, housekeeping etc. I would stay again, id just make sure shower was clean. Casino workers are rude though. When I asked where something was, guys looked annoyed. Girls in hotel were super helpful though.
