Our stay was good and fit the need we had, visiting our child for college family weekend. It is a unique hotel as it was once a factory that had been turned into a hotel. We were on the 3rd floor above their restaurant so one night the noise was HORRIBLE. We aren’t sure if they had a wedding or party or something but the DJ was blasting. We were traveling from CO and were arriving very late so I did my due diligence to call ahead and make sure we wouldn’t have any issues and the woman I spoke to mid day basically told me there was a possibility my room would be released and to hope for the best. Needless to say, that stress was not needed. When we landed, later than expected due to a delayed flight, I called again and the gentleman I spoke to put my mind at ease and his timeframe of when the room would be released was DRAMATICALLY different than the person who I spoke with earlier in the day. Overall - our stay was fine and we would consider staying again but be mindful of the type of place it is and that noise can be an issue.

Was a great stay for several nights in the Providence area. I did touchless check in and out so I never interacted with the staff, but all was in place as it should be. Clean, nice property, and parking across the street. Would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.

The heating unit blows nonstop and is loud. I found it difficult to sleep through. The restaurant is beautiful. The clams in the clam chowder were not editable (beyond chewy) and the bread pudding was slices of bread with jam on it.

The property is beautifully decorated and designed. It is very modern with industrial finishes and elegant masculine design. The rooms have concrete walls and ceiling. Furnishings are modern, sleek, and clean. The drawbacks are that the bathrooms feature showers that have curved opaque glass surrounds that act as a partition wall with the room. This feature is nice for couples but could be awkward for traveling companions or family members. Also the glass wall does not extend floor to ceiling so any steam, odors, or noises from the bathroom area will spill over into the sleeping area. The other issue was that the mini split AC unit does not go lower than 67 degrees and it does not feel 67 when it shuts off. For people who enjoy colder sleeping environments or experience overheating at night, this arrangement will be quite uncomfortable.

The hotel was nice. Staff was friendly. The room was clean. It was in a good location to get to the city within a quick drive. I didn’t love that parking was across the street and you had to pay $10 a day for it.

I really liked the industrial modern style of the hotel.While I wouldn't decorate my own home that way, for a few days of vacation, I liked it. The staff was very helpful. The only thing that I would change is the training of the front desk staff. Several of them had only been in the area for a month or two, if that, so I didn't feel like they knew the area well enough to make recommendations for restaurants, gift shops, or activities.

It is very modern and super chic. I loved the vibe. When i opened my towel as i got out of the shower, there was a clump of black hair in the towel. There were only 2 tissues left in the box. We used both so the box was empty on our first night. The housekeeping staff did not replace the tissue box so we had allergies and no tissues. The towels were very scratchy and not even remotely soft. When the housekeeping staff cleaned our room on Sunday, they must have run out of floor mats for when you step out of the shower so we had a small hand towel to step out of the shower. The staff were extremely pleasant and pur stay was very pleasant and quiet. I just think that it could have been better.
