Property is very clean and well maintained. Location is great if you have reason to avoid the congestion of Newport Harbor and be closer to the cliff walk the hotel has lovely views of the water and is close to the beach.

This was a fantastic place to stay for our family when we were in Newport. The rooms were spacious, the 2-rooms were king size instead of queen or double, the parking is included, and there is a shuttle (Paul was a great driver and tour guide) that takes you into town by the wharf so you don’t have to find a lot. We’re so glad to have chosen this hotel over the ones in town.

The wedding party until 1:30 am caused for a sleepless night. One would think the hotel staff would control quiet hours better. In addition for the price of this hotel there should be a better view other than the roof and a continental breakfast should be provided. Honestly very disappointed in what I had hoped for in a high priced hotel.
Our view! Also since booked through Expedia they wouldn’t honor the AAA discount.
