It was less expensive than most properties in newport. Close to the base, the room was clean. The building is a little worn, but if you don't mind that. And just need a place to put your head down. It's great

Motel needs to be updated. Broken toilet paper holder, towel rack coming off the wall, cracks in the wall with areas of paint that had come off, cobwebs on ceiling, hallway and stairwell and parking lot were dirty with garbage evident, only 3/4 roll of toilet paper in the room, towels rough, and only amenity was small bars of soap. Bathroom appeared clean although rusty toilet. Bed appeared clean. Front desk staff were nice when asked any question and during check in and check out. Plenty of parking. A/C noisy but worked well.
