Cozy Bed and Breakfast

Check-in was easy and the stay was great! The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essential toiletries provided. The breakfast was amazing — such a perfect way to start the day. While there’s no elevator, the location more than makes up for it — just a short walk to downtown, the famous Cliff Walk, and the beautiful Newport Mansions. Would definitely stay again!A

Location was perfect. Easy access to Cliff walk and also walkable to downtown. Parking was straightforward. Property was outstanding. Staff were so helpful. We arrived well before check in time but were given immediate access to our room. It really was something special. Loved the autumnal decoration throughout the property Breakfast was the best we had throughout our whole road trip.

Loved this bed and breakfast. However, we were on the 3rd floor and weren't aware we would have to carry our luggage up 3 flights. (narrow, steep stairs) Maybe that should have been highlighted in the ads for the B and B and we could have chosen a room on a lower floor.
