We had a nice stay in a very nice room except for the bathroom. The tile floor was extremely cold but the real issue was that the shower did not get hot. Even turned all the way up it was not nearly hot enough for either of us. We have never run into this before in our many years of travel. Otherwise everything was quite nice.

Beautiful downtown area of Providence. Mall is walking distance, favorable dining in walking distance and hotel was as beautiful as seen in the photos. Its modern and beautiful ambiance gave an inviting atmosphere and the city’s vibrant architecture was so well preserved.
