The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were simple. The room was nice and clean, but our view from the fourth floor faced a hillside retaining wall.

Didn't like accomodations. Noisy, lights burned out, porn came on tv 1st time turned on, no written materials about restaurants, etc. Too far to walk to parking, kids running around everywhere in Casion teen asking for money as went casino from hotel. Told guard at turnstill but he did nothing to remove the beggar

Room was missing some basic amenties such as drinking water. Bedsheet were not clean and had stains. Bathroom shower needs evaluation for a wrong design.

Overall had a nice time. Booked mountain view got building view Had to go back to lobby and switch rooms. Bed, pillows and linens not good

Won't stay again Las Vegas way better. If you gamble you have to pay for drinks. Everything coset checkin is at 6pm which sucks you pay all that money to only be there a few hours. Charging fit for late checkout crazy. Never again

Every elevator that we went in had trash init and was nasty. Our room was gross. It looked like our bathroom had bearly been cleaned. There was hair in the shower and on the sink, mold and mildew in the shower and it leaked really bad when the water was running, it also had a seal that was broken at the top of the shower. The sink had not only hair onit but looked like it had bearly been cleaned. The walls had stuff that looked like it had been splattered onit in near the toilet and the sink area. Our sitting areas had dirt on the them and other stuff im not sure what was. We bearly slept in the bed due to being afraid it wasnt clean either. I felt gross being there. We enjoyed the cassino but wasnt impressed with the facility at all.
