The staff was aggressive especially the security. We were a youth group sitting in the lobby and out of nowhere the security ran and tried kicking us out almost like they were going to hit us. The bathrooms didn’t have locks. The staff was super unfriendly and kept trying to cause fights.

1st,The soundproofing is terrible; they were mowing the lawn early in the morning, and the noise kept me from sleeping. 2nd,The hot water takes too long to come on; I had to wait almost 5 minutes for hot water. 3rd,the heater didn't work,too cold too sleep. 4th, we wanna use the microwave, but never have. 5th, we wanna rent the bicycle, but never have.

We really enjoyed our stay of 4 nights. Staff was so nice. And while we knew they were on the brink.of a major resort upgrade, we still think they have kept the property looking good, despite its age. We had a nice dinner, delicious cocktails and found the room very comfortable. The Saturday morning manager was also kind enough to let us back into our room after early checkout when we failed to get on our flight standby. We appreciated the extra sleep. That's true hospitality.
