Well for my self and the family it our fist time spending this much on a room we’re excited to get a vip suite for the family. Well all I can say it that we were very disappointed with our room. My kid woke up to use the rest room only to end up scared because there we roaches crawling all over the ground. The shower which we were also excited about didn’t even work. And the a.c units were very loud. No bedding on the room even though I had said I have 4 kids we had to make the pull out bed which is ok but didn’t even have sheets ready for us.. so all in all the pool is the best part and for us getting a vip room well they suck and we won’t be coming back. We never come out because it’s expensive these days and we thought it would be nice you know because it was vip. Well I think the motel 6 room wise are nicer.

AC not working, my 2 young kids were sweating the entire time. Called front desk, spoke to Leslie and she made me feel like I was the problem for the broken AC. I’m not exaggerating- it was a FURNICE! Was made to wake up my sleeping kids at 1:50AM to transfer to a new room with ac. . Super inconvenient for my family. Everything else was perfect, check in & out, room was big, spacious, loved that they had Shampoo conditioner body wash. Never seen that before and I’ve staying in hundreds hotels due to traveling for work. So I would love to come back but the ac situation and how Leslie dealt with it really left a bad taste in my mouth.

The 1st room we were assigned had no phone, dark and gloomy. We asked to be moved and the second room had peeling wallpaper, hole in the head board, wrinkled linens, inconvenient underground parking with no valet and visible dirty air vent which caused my husband to cough the entire stay.

I would not stay at this hotel again. The photos made the hotel look very nice but in person it was very outdated. The room was very old and had lots of imperfections. First off, they ended up giving us a Mountain View when we requested a Cityview room. Our TV was not working so we had to have them come and fix that, which was super inconvenient. The entire stay the toilet was not flushing properly and was running the whole trip. Another thing that I did not like was I check in the collecting my credit card and charged me $200 but did not explain any charges. They asked me if I was parking my car overnight and I said yes, but never explained the nightly charge. I do understand this nightly charges are on the website, but I would’ve greatly appreciated a little breakdown of the charges.
