Check in credit card hold was confusing and turned into a mess of extra mysterious charges. Had to spend an hour or so figuring it out which was a bore. The breakfast was mediocre with few choices for the price and stale bagels. They blamed the staleness on the bagel company. Ok so find another bagel company. Dining room was kept at 65 degrees and had to wear 2 jackets at breakfast. Staff was nice and friendly.

The Breakfasts are outstanding! The Prime Rib dinner my husband said was fantastic. Beds are a bit too old and springy. Need the AC unit to be more quiet. Kept coming on very loud, during the night. But overall the staff were pleasant, and the room was surprisingly quiet from hall noise
