My husband and I stay here every year. This was our fifth time staying here. We were roomed in between two rooms filled with unsupervised children. They kept banging on the doors all night long, leaving a mess outside the room, and even worse, the “father” or whoever kept opening our conjoined door and peaking his head in. Being drunk and saying inappropriate things. We love this place and the rooms are amazing, the staff is helpful, and the pool is nice. But this was so traumatizing for us I barley slept on our vacation we worked so hard to even make happen.

It’s a great hotel for families. The pools are great, the highlight of the trip. I wish I’d seen them clean the pool throughout the day. Unless they do and I just didn’t see it. But there were so people all day long. If you want a chair you have to go early to save. The hotel may be going through remodeling but it was a little dated. But the rooms are spacious. Once it’s fully renovated it’s a great hotel! Being that it was a family hotel, I wish they’d given the optional for continental breakfast each day, or at least coffee. Not everyone goes on a trip wanting to cook, but it was about a 10 minute drive to downtown to get coffee, donuts, etc. My biggest down fall was the late check in and early check out, when we asked for later check out the front desk person said no, we had to be out right at 10am or a few minutes after. Just considering the hotel is for families, you’d think they’d give more time to get the kids ready, and to pack, etc. and parking is tight! Garages are small too! Another one of those, it’s a family hotel for big families, and you’d think they’d have parking for big cars like trucks and SUVs.

This hotel was amazing! Took my family for a little getaway this past weekend and wow! First off the property! It was awesome. We utilized their gym and basketball court area during our stay. The gym had almost everything you need to get a good work out in… and the court provided the basketballs. The room was our favorite. We had a 2 bedroom, enough to fit my entire families needs. I do however wish the second room came with a separate bathroom, but nonetheless still great! The staff were so informative. They thoroughly explained everything well, they were all friendly and helped us find our way around. Pool area was gorge. 2 slides, one big and one little. Pool it self was divided into 2 areas, a side with deeper depths and the other more shallow and small child friendly. It shares the area with the slides. My family absolutely loved this hotel, we will definitely be returning here!

I like that it was roomy, clean and updated. The guy at the bar area in the morning was very pleasant and courteous and made you feel very welcomed every morning when ordering drinks and food. The staff was friendly. Will definitely come back again.

After our reservation was not found at check-in, and we booked directly on the Hilton website, booked leading up to an hour delay when it became available, and we booked directly on Hilton website which I had to forward proof to the manager onsite my email confirmationthe Hilton website so I had to forward an email from Hilton showing my room reservation and payment, and A/C unit leak that forced a fully unpacked family of 6 to change rooms at 11pm at not. as much as they could (Glen and Kim)
