A great place to relax. My wife and I took a last minute trip to Palm Springs and really enjoyed our stay. The pool area was great and all of the restaurants were a short drive away.

Spacious rooms and bathroom. Rooms are like an apartment with a small kitchen. Bathroom was clean had a large tub. Handheld Shower was available in addition to stand-in tub. Staff was very professional. Monica @ concierge was knowledgeable and friendly. Hotel is a bit out of the way and need a car to get to restaurants, etc. Street to the hotel was not lit, so didn't feel safe walking outside after dark. Single restaurant by the pool closes at 6 so not convenient. Breakfast is not included. Covered Parking available. Carpeted floors. Pull out sofa bed was great, so were the mattresses. Spacious closet, lots of drawers and cabinets in the main bedroom. Safe provided. Towels and pool towels also provided. Had a good stay.

I loved the location in South Palm Springs. The think I did not like was the chemical fragrance smell to the hallways and room. It smelled like they are using a chemical fragrance to make the rooms smell better. However, chemical fragrances are not healthy and there are natural plant based products like SEVENTH GENERATION which do not contain any toxic fragrances.

Great view from our room. Prefer this as opposed to looking at the pool. Our building is scheduled for renovation next year but wasn’t a bad as I thought it would be. Good location for us.

Reasonable but ready for an update.

While in a very nice location (close to downtown, hiking, and 111 east), the rooms in this property are in need of an update. If you're looking for an '80s experience, this place has it all: basic cable, worn out carpet and uncomfortable furniture. The kitchen is basic, with a few utensils, plates, and a toaster, which is a positive. The microwave and refrigerator were very old but functional. On a positive note, the pool area is outstanding, parking is convenient, and the staff are amazing, very good service overall. During season, the price is reasonable which made us choose this location, but I don't think we would come back.

Very poor representation for a Hilton property. Very outdated and furniture was old and worn. . Sparse room decor. Neighboring room had domestic fights each night which we reported. We reserved a 2 queen bed room on ground floor but ended up in lock off studio with 1 bed and sofa bed at furtherest end of hotel,3rd floor with view of maintenance bldg roof. Hilton Honors member 50 years!!! Disappointed.

We were really grateful to the staff and the great service at this hotel. While it has a few tired features, they are actively refreshing it in phases. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom place was great, and we made full use of the little kitchenette. Given that it was shoulder season, the security staff and manager generously allowed us to park and lock our small motorcycle trailer in their underground parking, allowing us to ride on to Baja. We’ll be back this week for another stay, and to pick up our trailer before heading back north. We would definitely recommend this place for road-trippers.
