Pool area is great, you really feel like you’re in the desert with the mountain behind and hummingbirds and lizards. Good breakfast by the pool. Coffee machine with plenty of coffee provided in the room. And a refrigerator…..so important when it’s 100f outside!! They kindly let me keep my room till 1pm with no extra charge. Just check your bill…..was charged $25 per day pet fee, as, apparently housekeeping told reception/management that I had a pet!! Hmmmm? Okay. Anyway, they did refund my over $100 straight away….but would be so easy to miss….check your bill!!

I checked in & checked out immediately the room smelled horrible. I asked the GM Galen for a full refund because it’s not like anyone can smell a room from a computer & he refused. Unacceptable that the GM would only refund me 1 night & not give me a full refund. I would never book here. Don’t book this place it’s horrible. Read the reviews before you think of booking this place I should have read them before as well. Horrible place!
