First time staying at the Kimpton. Had a room with a king size bed, and balcony on the top floor. The room was very spacious, and balcony was very nice. At one point, the manager texted me to inquire how our visit was going. I was surprised to get the text! I said that I would rate the hotel a four not a five rating because the room did not provide two sofa chairs, only one. Well, within 15 minutes, maintenance knocked on our door and delivered a brand new sofa chair! I was amazed! So, their service is excellent! In addition, breakfast at the café in the hotel was also very good. Breakfast was not part of your package. So, it’s not free. But the service was excellent.Highly recommend this hotel.

Brian at the front desk was fantastic and took great care of us! Had the most amazing room, the hotel had great atmosphere and all of the staff were super friendly and professional as well as helpful when asked.

We travel all over the world and after being here three times the restaurant has average food that s wildly overpriced, and like everywhere else in this entire hotel service is at a bare minimum. God forbid you wanted to get two drinks over five or six hour period at the pool it would be impossible. The girls just stand around and talk to the other staff members and even going up to the bar at the pool is difficult to get a drink. Another extremely irritating thing they do is they offer you the lousiest wine , complimentary between four and five, but if you were standing there and somebody else was in front of you and it hit 5 o'clock, they'd say sorry and wouldn't pour you a little 2 ounce glass, It happened during each of our stays We stayed at the hotel twice in the last month and for a total of five days ... I think we gave it a very fair assessment
