We booked this hotel because it was relatively affordable compared to other hotels with similar amenities. They definitely advertise and put a lot of work into the outdoor/pool area which was great for lounging and swimming. However the rest of the hotel lacks the same level of care. our room was fine but was very dark and had limited lighting, and we could hear every step and movement from the room above us. The entire property is huge and poorly marked, it was like navigating a maze to get back and forth from the lobby and pool. I also booked a massage at their onsite “spa” which I would definitely not recommend, the “spa” is in the lower level close to the onsite restaurant so the area smelled like food. The therapist was lovely, but I paid a hefty amount for a 60 minute massage in the basement of a restaurant with none of the spa “ambiance” that I would have expected after paying so much.
I would recommend this property for those looking for the Palm Springs “pool party” experience on a budget, and to skip the “spa”!
