Every employee I came in contact with was excellent! Friendly, helpful ! Eric in the bar/restaurant area was especially friendly and helpful. If there was anything that wasn’t excellent I would say the hallways could be cleaned better but everything was great. Would stay again!

We have stayed here for several years over Memorial Day Weekend for their pool party. Typically we have a great time. This year there were so many children it was impossible to enjoy ourselves they would splash everyone in the pool and took over both hot tubs the entire weekend. We also noticed that the property itself is becoming run down and worn looking. Pool daybeds are rusty and dirty, the rooms are also starting to show signs of wear. We placed the card in the door for room service but they never showed up during our stay. We have always loved the Saguaro but unless they invest some money into the property and make Memorial Day weekend adults only we won’t be back

No wifi and no cleaning serv

No cell service! The Wifi was down for two days and the cell service was very patchy. once in a while it would work but mostly not. Also I asked for room to be cleaned and even called twice and it never happened. I asked for towels and they never arrived

The check in was seamless and friendly. The room was fine - clean. The bathroom was not good. The floor and walls need to be redone. The shower was bad. There was black all around the drain. It looked like hair dye. The whole tub/shower needed to be replaced. We will choose a different hotel next time.

The hotel is decent overall, but it’s clear that maintenance and upkeep have declined since my last visit in 2019. The room itself was clean, but the carpet was heavily stained. During my stay, the power went out, and it took two days for the WiFi to be restored. Daily housekeeping wasn’t available due to staffing shortages, and the pool equipment appeared very worn and in need of serious updates.

This was our 2nd stay at the Saguro. We had a great experience our first time but this last stay was awful! We got into bed our 1st night and found the sheet was covered with sand or salt. My wife wanted to leave but I went to the front desk and complained. Since there was no cleaning staff on duty (11:00pm), we had to wait until morning to have our linen changed out. We were given a $50 credit for the inconveinence. We booked 2 x 60 minute facialsfor 12:00 on Saturday. My person (Andrea), showed up at 12:12. She was finished by 12:56. There was no steam, no peels or hand/arm massage as described on their website. I was charged $150 for a haphazard 40 minute facial. Even though I complained about it, I was told they would look into it. I anever heaard back but was still charged the $150. DO NOT BOOK ANY FACIALS WHILE AT THE SAGURO!!!

Room was dirty, hallways and elevator were dirty, scruffed, and in mediocre condition. Hotel needs a facelift for sure.
