Our stay at the Palm Mountain was overall okay, however, they did overcharge us by more than 400 dollars for our “holding deposit”. When we questioned this to the receptionist, he said it was fine as this just reflected the total room charge. However, they ended up charging our debit card an extortionate amount on top of what we had already fully paid prior. Don’t make this same mistake! Double check everything they make you “pay” when checking in. Refund process takes around 10 business days. Rooms are clean but walls are super thin and you will be able to hear all surrounding noise from neighbors and outside. Convenient to downtown Palm Springs though, but couldn’t use the facilities outside due to heavy rain.

The staff was nice, the layout excellent and central, the parking free. Aside from the view of the pool, the rooms had little character but we're spacious and clean. I did not like the policy of cleaning only every 3 days...and even with that policy, our check in was late.

Location is great! You can walk to many incredible restaurants and shops. Hotel has been nicely updated. Grounds are nice with pool, hot tub, fire pits. They offer free bikes to explore the area. We love staying here!

The staff were excellent and checked in to make sure we had what we needed. We had a fridge and microwave in our room. There is great shopping around. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here.

Me and my boyfriend loved this resort. The location was perfect and we were close to downtown, Marilyn statue and more. The staff were friendly as well. They had good amenities and the resort shuttle was so convenient. We will be going back again !

Very clean and comfortable hotel in central location. Great restaurants in vicinity. Pool was great and well-maintained. Staff were helpful and kind. Would stay here again next time we’re in Palm Springs.

We stayed for 4 nights. The shower was broken and they sent someone in 45 minutes or so. One reason to downgrade it is that They charge a $20/per person per day as a "Resort Fee" . They do have bikes, a pool and a hot tub in addition to the day spa, also had complementary coffee in the morning till 11:00 which we appreciated.. We used the pool and hot tub which was fabulous and warm but it doesn't seem like the $20 per person per day is warranted. We had 2 rooms and 4 poeple (our adult kids with us) so we paid an extra $280.00 as a resort fee. Beds were comfortable. They cleaned the room every other day and we did request it since they didn't come. We got our room cleaned but kids didn't. The location is great and very walkable and we didn't have time for the bikes but that would have been fun.
