The location of the hotel, the staff and the amenities were all top notch! Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! I especially appreciated having bikes on property to take out for a ride at no extra cost. It was such a treat!

Front desk, lady was chatting on the phone with her friend . She made me wait and was rude and entitled my wife waiting in the car while the low life on the phone . Eventhough I paid ahead I couldn’t keep waiting for my key I left and went to another hotel . The manager next day told that she Saw the camera and that I didn’t wait long enough she said nothing about front desk unprofessional behavior sh ed refused to refund me the money . Horrible hotel for the same money I was able to get better hotel Hyatt Palm Springs . This is lousy hotel that is going down and soon will be bankrupt . I do not want to use hotel.com app they did nothing to refund my money . The front desk was an entitled black woman that feels that the world owes her
