Great location, spacious room.

We liked location of hotel which was close to restaurants, shops and the museum. I was excited that I booked a room with patio and a firepit. Didn't realize it was a shared patio and firepit and firepit didn't work. Hotel provided a Keurig coffee maker which I appreciated. There was 3 coffee pods plus 1 tea. Creamers were also provided which was a nice touch. However there was only 1 packet with a stirrer, 1 sugar packet, 1 sweetener, a 1 napkin. I know it's a silly little criticism but leaving at least 2 of these in the room would make more sense. Room was very spacious, clean and beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

We just returned from a great stay at Palm Mountain Resort. The location was nice, easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops. The staff were very pleasant and the resort itself has a very desert vibe. Pool and spa were great! We will definitely stay there again.

The location is perfect. You are able to walk to many restaurants and shops. Comfortable room I just wish we had a room with a pool view. The staff super sweet!

Room was a bit spartan. No bottle opener, corkscrew, cups for drinks, etc. only washroom small water glasses. Location was great and staff helpful and courteous.

Housekeeping only comes once every 3 days...fine...but when they came they didnt empty trash cans, didnt change towels, only left a roll of toliet paper a 2 water.
