Upon arrival the lady running the desk got an attitude over the phone, then once I got to my room there was sand all over the floor and hair in the shower. This morning before check out I noticed 4 different big areas of black mold. I informed the man running the front desk, and all he did was return my deposit which was being returned anyways. I won’t be staying here in the future, the parking lot was also so small and cramped that it was a pain in the ass to get in and out of

Rooms were nice pool area was nice. Inside pool are smelled to strong of chlorine burned my eyes. Room service guys just walked in and the girls didn't like that. But overall stay was good i will stay there agian and recommend.

I really love the hotel.. great rooms very comfortable beds and the AC's work perfectly and the television.. very convenient location and plenty of parking as well as great view of the beach.

The staff was very helpful to me during check in. The room was clean and comfortable so was the bed. My kids and I enjoyed the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Worst experience ever. Without any reason the Front Desk Clerk was so unfriendly we ended up checking right back out after checking in. We were never told how to even get to our room on the second floor in the side building. Our friendly inquiry to her name so we may properly address her. Her responds was" I don't have to tell you my name"! The outside music was so loud you could hear it in the inside of the lobby. We where so disappointed in the reception and the room location next to people partying on there balcony that we checked out after 30 minutes. We asked to get a print out and where told there was none, that the charge would never go through and the several hundred dollar hold on our credit card would be released the next day. Not true it has been 3 days and the charge still shows as pending on our account. So So disappointed in the customer service and the cleanliness of this NOT Hotel but more a Motel. Surprised that Wyndham Hotel has there name associated with this place.

So first off if I could leave no stars i would!! My wife & I stayed at this hotel & first thing I noticed was it was really dirty i clean for a living so I just sucked it up and cleaned up a little but then in the middle of the night (2am)I heard water running & jumped up to see what it was & above the kitchen sink was a set of cabinets. The ceiling part inside The cabinets had broke at the seam and water starts pouring out, flooded the whole kitchen area so I cleaned that mess up calledthe front desk. They offer me a new room at 2 AM which would've been a cottage that I've had to pack up and drive to In the middle of the night just to leave the next morning with a 7 Hour Dr. in front of me and that just didn't make since to me I was gonna be kind and allow them to maybe give me my money back a comp. anuthingcause I know things happen, but they seem to be refusing to do that because they offered me the cottage. So I reached out to Expedia to see what they could do. They called the company. They also refused the refund because they offered me the cottage so we emailed the property owner trying to get a refund to no avail. I wasn't gonna post anything because I know accidents happen but this was the $600 vacation that we had saved up for mths & we live paycheck to to paycheck & I feel like everyone's giving me the runaround. I just want you guys to know this is what happened to me. I wasn't gonna post the pictures but I feel that I need to! So if u stay here we wish u the best
