Located in Cumberland Terrace in Kingston Resort. This split level villa has the living room, dining, and kitchen up half a flight of stairs. There are 2 bedrooms downstair. The 3rd bedroom is a loft above the living room with a day bed. Other features you'll find are dramatic arched windows, skylights, cathedral ceiling, and fireplace. It features free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps) and linens included.

This 2 BR villa is located in Cumberland Terrace inside Kingston Resort. The living area is in the middle and the 2 Bedrooms are downstairs. The spiral, wrought iron staircase takes you up to the loft with a cozy daybed (considered the 3rd bedroom). Other features you'll find are dramatic arched windows, skylights, cathedral ceiling, and fireplace. It features free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. This is our 4th time staying at the community and we enjoy it more and more every time. The quietness of the area, close proximity to the beach and entertainment, available amenities of the community, all top notch. Highly recommend any site in this area. You won't be disappointed.
