Stayed in The Villas for the efficiency kitchen use. Have stayed there before. If you go, I wouldn't recommend The Villas. The hotel itself has nice accommodations and amenities. I don't complain about conditions but the tile/vinyl floor was filthy. Didn't really catch on for a while because everything else was fine. I also was missing jewelry. I hate to accuse theft but I am certain I had it in the room. I submitted a verbal and email complaint but was never contacted by the hotel for followup.

The bed w as hard and felt like I was laying on just springs. The first room I got when I checked in was right about the pool and smell like pee and chlorine. I got moved and that room was better but the beds were very uncomfortable. The property could use some updates.

The room is dated as they all are...and we were greeted by a Palmetto bug in the living room ...ughhh However, the set up was nice... bedroom in the front and kitchen separated the bedroom from the kitchen. View was supposed to be "Water Park" but, the park is over a little and its more a parking deck view, but still too bad. The trees block any view of the Water Park area. Overall, the accommodations were average an were sufficient for what we were there to do.

There was roaches in the main building. our room was filled with them too they tell you they have 3 or more buildings but not on the page . staff was extremely impatient and attitudes. didn’t feel welcome. nice place and area but bad when i saw now two but a bunch of baby roaches and bigger ones getting into the door not water bugs but the actual roaches .

I thought the front desk clerk wasn’t very clear about where to go to get to the room. It’s a very big place and I had walked around a little bit before figuring out where to go. Other than that all was well.

A very nice hotel right on the beach with nice pools and a tiki bar. Our suite was spacious and well appointed. Unfortunately we discovered roaches on the kitchen counter both of our night stays (every time you turned on the lights at night you found at least 1 or 2 live ones). Also, the floors appeared to not be mopped for weeks. We told the front desk and finally an exterminator came, but housekeeping never did. Later we let them know that 2 of 3 light bulbs needed replacing in the bathroom and 2 guys showed up within 20 minutes and replaced them.

The room floor plan was great for us, the closeness to the ocean was great, staff was nice and the Beach Front Restuarant was nice and affordable. The major issue is the room was VERY dusty (walls, shelves, and lights), the floor had not been moped/cleaned, and the coffee maker did not work. There was a light that did not work over the dining table that looked like it had been taped back together and there was a hole in the wall next to the refrigerator. We were only there 2 days, but they did offer a discount and were apologetic about it.

The front desk staff very hospitable and helpful. Loved our ocean front room. Spectacular view. The room had everything we needed and loved that it was bright and cheerful and beachy. The housekeeping staff were great. The restaurant, convenience store, pools all wonderful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. The staff was not very friendly and at times came across as rude, which made check-in and interactions uncomfortable. The bedroom was poorly maintained and noticeably dirty—the floors were extremely black and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and unfriendly service made this a place I would not recommend.
