The reception to this property was great. The check in person was very welcoming and informative. We were in a girls trip with a party of 4. The room was nice however, the cleaning people need to be more observant. There were no pots and pans and we had to go out and eat breakfast after we had already shopped for breakfast foods. The Murphy bed was not clean, it had all sorts of stains on it. I slept on the couch each night. The pool area that is covered needs to be more well lit, ceiling repaired and cleaned. There was stuff falling out into the hot tub. There also needs to be someone on duty. People who have their babies in the pool without proper diapers or none at all. There were children in the hot tub. Adults come to relax in a hot tub and children should not be in the hot tub. On an occasion, I was trying to read my book, but there was a inebriated guest who was playing his music very loudly for the entire deck to hear. When I complained about it, the guy on staff did absolutely nothing, he didn’t even ask me about my complaint, which I felt should have been addressed. Also the elevators needs work. Only 2 we’re working.
Overall, I feel with proper attention to cleaning and customer satisfaction, this could be a great resort to visit.
