This is my 3rd or 4th time at the resort over the last 12 years or so. It’s not bad but definitely needs some upkeep. There were vacuums going at 3&4 in the morning, doors always slamming, a roach in the pool room and the room needed a new coat of paint.

I stepped in my room and noticed that the room looked nothing like the pictures online. It was a disappointment! The room looked old and the furniture and things were outdated. I tried to get a refund but was unable to do so. I decided not to stay.

The beds were awful! Woke up every morning with an aching back. Tub was clogged upon checkin. Had to ask the front desk 3x to send someone up to fix the issue. (Took over 4 hours) Booked the room for another day and had housekeeping banging at the door and the front desk calling me telling me I needed to leave after I had already went down to the front desk early that morning and got my keys and room extended. Keys kept getting deactivated so I kept having to go to the front desk to get new keys. Hot tub was disgusting. Had stuff floating all around in it.
