Compass Cove has gone down hill, but still good!
Compass Cove is good overall. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Be warned that they push time-shares when you check in. The laundry situation is horrendous. You'll have to go to a third party laundromat to get anything done. The machines take quarters (or an app), yet they have no quarter machines nor does anyone in the entire complex have quarters. The worst part is that the machines are hungry for quarters and will steal them and you won't be compensated for it.

I’ve stayed at compass cove a few times and usually we have a great experience. This time the room was not clean. The refrigerator didn’t cool. There was a couple bugs. The tub had a horrible smell coming from the drain. It needs updating to say the least.

It was a nice stay. Hotel amenities such as Starbucks, gift shop, restaurant have longer hours. Room was very clean, bed could use pillowtop mattress. Hotel was close to where we were visiting.
