Great short golf vacation. Three bedroom condo nicely decorated. Lots of little touches-all of the light switch covers had beach images. Indoor pool was good temperature. Enjoyed a few games of shuffle board. Beautiful view. Would stay again.

I have stayed here multiple times and it is definitely a go to spot for me. Pools for all ages, hot tub, and the direct access to the beach is always a plus. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Myrtle Beach area. It’s also close to Broadway at the beach and the Myrtle Beach Pelicans stadium if you’re looking to catch a ball game while on vaca!!

Room was clean and nice. Staff was very rude in the office, wanted to check in a day early they were rude on the phone and said they couldn’t guarantee I’d have the same room so would have to check out at 11am and wait until 4pm to check back in the next day so we stayed elsewhere

Worst stay

This trip to Myrtle Beach was not the best experience this go round. The customer service was not great, the room was not cleaned, the furniture in the living room and dining room were horrible. We was supposed to have a sleeper sofa which as not one. The table and countertop was dirty, the chairs to the dining table was dirty and the carpet was stained, damaged and had play dough stuck in some areas.

Only thing I was not happy with was I asked for no housekeeping while I was there and they came in to empty my garbage when I was out for the day. I called front desk again and they stopped the housekeeping until I left. Would definitely stay there again

We canceled another resort to book because of the higher ratings and reviews. We only stayed 2 nights, honestly I couldn’t handle additional nights. The room we received was not updated. It had holes in the wall from the door opening and going through it. The baseboards were cacked on with dust and dirt. The bed was not comfortable at all. The worst part was the air vent in the bathroom was nasty with dust and dirt which we all know was skin. The bathroom door fell off the hinges after shutting it once. Repair team was notified and arrived within 30 min which was awesome. The paint chips which broke off from fixing the door were left behind and I had to clean it up. We also had a dog above us which barked all night, not the hotels fault. Everytime we went to the pool all the towels were gone not a single clean towel anywhere on the property and we walked around it! The pools seemed like they need maintenance attention. After we got out of the hot tub my husband’s swim shirt was covered in white flakes even another lady asked if that was from the hot tub and she gagged knowing it was probably dead skin. Ugh There was a lot of rain when we stayed the elevator and floors where very wet. They tried to keep it dry and had fans and towels all over. We Had to focus on not slipping over the tile. One elevator flooded from the roof and the maintenance guy said that they have tried to fix it 4 times already…..don’t tell patrons this. The front desk crew was fantastic!
