Some of the nicest staff I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The place is beautifully maintained and classically luxurious. Some of the rooms could use some updating but it was nice nonetheless. We plan on staying here again very soon.

Great location but outdated

The hotel is in a great location and the beach and hot tub are wonderful. The room needs some updating. The shower has popcorn ceiling that are peeling and dropping at any given time. The carpet is smelly and needs to be cleaned. The place needs some TLC.

Its was my German family first time staying at Anderson Ocean Club and Spa. The shower drains were not good at all. And the shower was so loud it woke the whole up every one in the house 9 people and the bathroom capbent needed to be repair other than that our stay was good .

so we were staying in our Hilton grand vacation room and wanted to stay one more night. Thought booking something on Expedia would be an affordable way to extend our vacation. Sadly, we got one of the dumpiest rooms that has not been updated since 1990 maybe and it was missing all of the equipment we expected to find in a one bedroom condo. Honestly, Anderson Club is not Hilton Grand Vacations and that’s the bottom line

Ocean view, really enjoyed staying at the hotel with my family. We had two nice bedrooms big and light each one with balcony, master bedroom and living room had big corner shearing balcony, second bedroom just a little balcony but still nice. There was two bathrooms, open kitchen with nice living room. Only issue was the dishwasher, which was not working properly but it was not a big deal for me.

Love the resort will definitely stay again everything was wonderful. Only complaint is a few of the front desk staff could be a little friendlier and not point their fingers at people and rudely tell them to wait as you approach the counter and then they walk away and leave the building, Kindness goes a long way!
