Our stay was nice. The floors of our room were dirty as I had black feet from walking barefoot on them. There was no dish soap for washing dishes. Otherwise, The employees were excellent, accommodating and friendly. We will be back

This was my first stay and I was nervous, but my stay was absolutely amazing!!! The room was clean and comfortable, and I was able to check in early. Staying here you won’t be disappointed and I say that honestly because I am very picky on where I stay. I enjoyed the convenience and amenities along with the poolside bar.

I didn’t like being on the 19 floor and paid for something that was broken. Bedroom right by the window outside the hallway. You could hear people talking. Other than that everything was good. I have stayed there 3 times . Front desk people were very nice and friendly Saturday-Monday

I did not see or experience a 8.6 star rating. The pool area was saturated with people and dirty. The rooms are outdated. The gym was very small, and limited. The water cooler in the gym was dirty with mold. Location was convenient and within reach of almost everything. Overall, we made the best of it but would not stay there again.

It was nice to have the heated pool/indoor pool options it was chilly and windy outside and we still got to enjoy pool time. It was also an easy walk to the beach and easy parking.
