We were only there for two days, one night, but it fits our needs and had a gorgeous view from our room of the beach.

The room came with bunkbeds which were not listed, but a great addition. Slept our family of 5 easily. Having the option of the 3 buildings pools was great and being right in front of pier 14 was very nice. Skywheel was right around the corner as well as some Ripleys attractions. Full size kitchen let us save some money and cook our dinners. Such a convenient location, we will definitely be booking again.

Our room was ok but not very clean. The room is in dire need of renovation. Noise was an issue. Room furnitures showed tear and wear. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and not clean. Extra bed sheet for the sofa bed was not clean

Property is showing signs of age, there is parking but is 2 blocks over. The building is not very sound proof you can hear everything. The staff was nice, the view was nice. Convenient to walk to shops and restaurants around the area. It did not smell like weed in our room, but once you stepped outside the door the entire outside of hotel and everywhere you walk in the area in public smells of it coming from people around(just warning you if you have young ones) I’m not blaming the hotel for that.

Most hot tubs were out of order. Pools were small. Outdoor lay on chairs were brown and really old. Definitely gave motel vibes. Seemed quiet empty and still got lowest level room. View was completely obstructed. Priced not so reasonably well. Expected more.

Having a fishing pier right in front of us was nice the bad air was messed up, hot tub in room didn't work ,lights in living room didn't work,kitchen sink constantly dripped and the air vent leak water from the ceiling in the kitchen floor.when we arrived tub still had sand in it and our sage in room was broke.

I like the location. I like that all staff (office and maintenance) were exceptionally kind and provided great customer service. I did not like that the property needs a total renovation. It literally should be shut down! My room was mostly clean with the exception of mildew on the wall and ceiling of the very old shower and the vent in the bathroom being packed with dust. There was also was a water leak from the ceiling. Maintenance came to clean the mildew and reapir the leak. The water leak stopped for a while but then started again of which I put a pot from the kitchen on the floor to catch the leak...both times. I absolutely would not recommend anyone staying here in its current condition.
