Absolutely wonderful time staying with you Thank you. We did ask the staff member behind the bar on Sunday afternoon if happy hour was still on ??? , the staff member replied that happy hour was still available. We ordered same drinks and was charged full prices 🙃 We didn't say anything at the time and just decided to take the rest of our business elsewhere for the rest of the afternoon. The ocean was visible from my room and also my room overlooked the beach, just as what l expected . Staff were very helpful and they checked on daily basis if l needed help with anything. The only problem was the noise either from the pub and some music. The location is great

A central location for everything the Gold Coast has to offer — accessibility is a real winner. The room we were in was huge. It can be a bit noisy at times due to Cavill Avenue directly below, but that’s expected given the location. The staff were attentive and helpful, and all in all, we really enjoyed our weekend stay.

Room was okay. There are some chipped in the table. Not sure, hotel supposed to provide any water bottle or not as we did not receive any. Otherwise hotel was clean and staffs were supportive.

Old room, smelly and damp air conditioning. Mould, sand on floors at check in. Checked out a day early due to becoming ill from air conditioning. Stayed on 32nd floor and kept awake all night due to noise from nightclubs in the area.

The staff were lovely and the customer service was superb in all manners. Rooms were such a perfect size and housekeeping made up for a small mistake in a very courteous way. Look forward to staying here again :)
